It helps with end of life stress. It Gives you a fear buffer. Let’s you know it’s all going to be ok. The applications for the stuff could be beautiful if widely accepted.

Yeh i go for a walk before hand unless im drinking lolDefinitely need to be in a good place mentally before any trip. Learned that lesson a long long time ago. If it wasn't for the trip sitter I would have had a mental break down
