If it jumps, then I'd be calling it a jumping spider like Coir says. It looks like a baby jumping spider species to me. Jumping spiders hunt rather than make webs to catch prey. They will eat most any other insect they come across including ones that are quite a bit larger than they are. They are very curios creatures and will want to jump on you to check and see just what you are. They make great photographic subjects especially if you have a really good macro lens.It's the jumping part that's startling.
