wrong! there are many, many diffrent purple kush cuts here and everywhere, it would be impossible to say who is the original...seriously, how can anyone say they have the original??ive seen 10 diffrent cuts up here called pk, and this goes back 15 years

That's just what I thought when I first seen it too.
From the description it sounds just like it too.
Leaves a grapey/fizzy aftertaste on your tounge after a nice dub!

well this strain has been in s.humbolt for over 25 n no doubt their r som folks who where there back then who still hav this cut very closely guarded



ive seen 10 diffrent cuts up here called pk, and this goes back 15 years

soo do believe that their r related

anint nothin like the real thing ,only one in my book

i see many kushtype/fruity all diff wack decent potent that peeps pass off n claim its pk doesnt mean shit they r misinformed n r not knowledgable enough to kno the diff


its sad that som strains r bastardized like this but its just saleman/marketing scheme
ive seen som bc pk also nothin special

This particular cut is from BC of that I know.It was handed to me from a good freind.This cut has been around for 13-14 years now.
This is my 3rd run with her now and she is at 50 days now.Looks like I am gona get some weight off of her this run

Did I ever claim it was ?
Does it not look purple to you ?
Does it not look like a Kush ?

As with many strains there are always varieations correct.

I have grown many strains and posted many many photographs over the the years and I have never ever
seen so much contaversy over 1 strain
Its intersting to see all the different comments though !

I know you weren't trying to offend any one.I realize that but it's just that since I have posted this thread on this paticular cut every other member has a different opinion on what it is.Not only that some one else posted a thread on "Will the real Purple Kush stand up" or some thing like that.All I wanted to do was high lite the cut that I AM in posession of and I feel like I have been picked apart ever since.
So if I seem a bit sensitve to you perhaps I am now where as I wasn't before I posted this thread.

i really think this strain is just such legend add/plus the purple craze since the 70's and our recent kush craze this is n has been a much sought after strain

is yyy many stated there opinion

as for the real purp kush thread im glad it was started caz i now kno more than b4 as somone said bout our o.haze threads new info always seems to apop up as new threads arrive

i now kno which cut of pk he holds
rr pk was most stand out from all pics ive seen it was confirmed his cut is lvpk
but this lvpk is confirmed not da real deal

as for your intention of this thread
i think you should just state your opinion first hand and im sure it will be respected nnn not a miss understandin

we r all here for the same reasons the love respect n quest for knowledge of the scared herb

Hi bigherb

I have to admit,it sure has been a hot topic.Of all the smoke reports and pics I have taken over the years I have never had as many hits on one particular strain as much as this one.
I think I over rected earlier. I think I am a lil tired from to much :sun2: being Canada's Birthday today.My appologies.
The thread I mentioned earlier was an informative thread indeed.I also learned a few things from it as well.

The present P.K. is all most ready to come down.Bout one more week should do it.She is going to be the biggest yield so far and I am looking forward to harvest then I'll have some P.K. to chill out on (haha):D
I'll post a few pics before the chop.

The cut Ocanabis is running is the original Garberville purple kush. It is outstanding and i have 2 in the bucket system right now. Thanks for that gift ocan and i will see what i can get her to yield. She is about 3 ft tall and 3ft in diametre.
