I’m just trying to understand y. That goes for everything about this. Your in the Bay Area. Go to harbor side and get good clones. Go too one of the many grow stores and get some super soil. Then get some micronized sulfur powder for ipm cuz everyone out there has mites

7-6 hours of direct especially in bags can be a lot for plants to handle, during July peak summer sun yeah that gets hot for plants too. they seem a bit withered that would be my first best guess.
