After defoliation

Stretch phase should be pretty much over, only a few tops got too close to the light on one of the MAC plants, no biggie. This room is certainly pushing the max size for this setup. I still have some lollipopping to do and then these plants will just do their thing until they're ready for harvest. I'm shooting for a 9 week cycle with this crop.

Thanks! The one MAC plant in the front right of the room has a few flowers that stretched a bit too much, but other than that, this room filled out about as good as it can with this current setup.

Currently considering setting up a hydro SoG for the next 10×10. Do four 4×4 tables in each quadrant of the 10×10 tent, gives me a foot around each trellis to get in the tent when I need to.

One step at a time, still a ways to go for this crop, another 6 weeks before harvest, but they're off to an excellent start!

I'l be able to get these lollipoped tomorrow, did a lot of transplanting today, had the day off from work. I'm snow plowing during the winter up here in Maine so I have a pretty flexible schedule right now outside of snow storms.

Changes to the nutes this week

Increased the Bud Explosion PK to
80g for 200L

Added in Terpinator @ 10 mL/gal
(low end of the rate 10-30 mL/gal for flower) It will be increased next week. This is a product I've used in the past and stopped using. I'm now reintroducing it to the nutes solution because I think it actually did do something. It's also not expensive which is always nice.
$80 for a gal, 10 mL/gal rate makes 378 gals of solution ($0.21/gal) and 30 mL/gal makes 126 gals ($0.64/gal).

Another excellent week of growth!

Just that one MAC plant that stretched too much, otherwise everything is looking really good!

End of week 6 of flower

Been fighting PM a bit more than I would like to with this grow. It's not much, but I haven't had to spray in a while and I did this week. I think the main reason is because the silica I ordered a few weeks ago now, never arrived. It hasn't been in the tank the last few tanks and it shows. The RH hasn't been any higher than it normally is. I think silica is one of the most beneficial supplements you can add into any nutrient regimen.

End of week 7, two plants took a turn for the worse this week for whatever reason. I'm honestly not sure why. The reservoirs have been full for all of the plants, they're all getting fed the same solution. This auto watering system is a lot less work, but certainly not perfect. The plants are still looking great overall, a lot of trichome production this week! Two more weeks to go before harvest.

I defoliated some of the bigger fan leaves to help alleviate any pockets PM wants to grow. I have the ability to run only UVB lights so I'm trying that too. 15 mins only UVB lights as soon as the lights come on. I did that for the first time this morning.

Took down most of these plants this weekend. Another run that didn't finish as strong as I would have liked. I think these plants were just too big for this room. Harvested a lot of sticky flower so it was another good run. Only keeping the best stuff to sell for flower and anything that dried out too much is getting put in the freezer for fresh frozen concentrates.
