Well the 300w would be delevired in 3-4 days, how far should i keep it from the plant?

today's pic. some of the stems are touching the top. its a 5tall box and the pots are 13inch

Depends on design of the light. If it covers a 3x3' at 18" then this is where you light should be. I can keep mine 4" away without burning my plants. Seedlings I start at roughly 3'

i feed them around 450ppm to keep the growth low, will have to shift them in the flower box within two days. or it wont fit in theregrowin rainbows m8

well there you go. choose a fruity sat. n a fruity indica.ok i like uplifting high and super relaxing for sound sleep and fruity flavours any thing that smells good.
theres a few seedcompany specific threads goin have look in them lots of pics n descriptions.
i could tell you what to grow but it will be more than likley that you are just testing strains im interested in:cry:
