Depends on design of the light. If it covers a 3x3' at 18" then this is where you light should be. I can keep mine 4" away without burning my plants. Seedlings I start at roughly 3'

i feed them around 450ppm to keep the growth low, will have to shift them in the flower box within two days. or it wont fit in there

ok i like uplifting high and super relaxing for sound sleep and fruity flavours any thing that smells good.

well there you go. choose a fruity sat. n a fruity indica.
theres a few seedcompany specific threads goin have look in them lots of pics n descriptions.
i could tell you what to grow but it will be more than likley that you are just testing strains im interested in:cry:
