they look like calxy mate, hard to tell from here but they look a bit iffy but this isnt a given, even tho the doubles are a bit odd and the overall shape along with the mark on the stem might indicate the plant has been in stress and so perhaps it is going loco on you.

I grew out an OX from Rare dankness had these double calxyes close to the stems and at internodes, not all were in pairs, but they grew out OK, with no further sites appearing on the buds proper. At the end we didnt find any beans but it freaked everyone out. I just figured it was a kink in the plant genetics that made it pop out two where you normally find one, but often this is a sign of stress so if you have other plants that you like, i would always bin a plant I was suspect of, we can always take a 50% hit and recover, a 100% might be total with the cost of energy and effort.

have a look over these images, may be they will help

on RD...yeah new money is the curse of burgeoning industries. I think people with good intentions get quickly swamped by demand, this tends to lead to reactionary choices that lower the overall quality. There is a lot of bad genetics being spread at high cost, and worse, lots of poor genetics are being sealed in Fems reducing the overall pool of actual quality from which we can choose in the future. This is why i grow regs only...but i dont blame people for wanting short cuts and so called 100%'s.

Oh so the purple stems are genetic, this could be right yes, I have had these plants also that just get purple streaks no matter.
Sometimes I find heat stress can cause my plant to do odd things in summer tho, eg go a bit purple in high heat and light, or throw out odd flowers that stop once the environmental go back in line. I have had plants throw empty sacks too plenty of times but RP are usually solid, but as companies grow, they tend to outsource these days, and not look to maintain in house skills and standards to same once high levels.

If you got that heat handled with AC then thats great and lucky you, most people stop I think with heat matters, its cold here in the north so we fight on always... :-)

Some plants dont like the scrogging either, sometimes this can cause mild stress or high stress, its so hard to know without being in the garden with the plant so you will know best of all and i know you arent a beginner :-)

Heard great stuff over thier killing fields..never had the chance to try my self..but I always buy thier mycorhaizae... Best mycoz I have ever used seriously speaking.. Hands down..strange root ball I get with thier mycos man!!!
yes i make them too, Mycos, our system is fully biological, a bit like Sannies, but a bit more tweakable, we pack groups, but also specialised Microbes, so PSB's or KSB's to be added around week 3 to boost PK uptake across the bloom cycle.
Sannies plants are great brother, like really good. I even worked his sugar fields i liked it that much. Excellent work and some awesome freebies too
here are some of my roots from a sannies plant...for shits and giggles

i have included some shots of the Mycos attacking some really poor seeds, they can be seen also having germinated one of the really shit seeds, and simultaneously digesting one of the old branches from the previous plant I grew in this media.
I literally brought all this to the surface by increasing RH and lowering the light levels to take some pics of the antagonizing actions of Root Better and the ability of it to support present and future plant growth.
Between cycles i added a legume to replace some of the lost N, pea progress no9. to the media, i planted this before i cut down the MJ plant originally in the pot, this allows me to keep alive the Mycos and use them to better impact with the next target crop, I allowed the pea plant to grow in the media until it was about to bloom itself, I had already started a new MJ plant, so was ready to transplant, I planted the new stock in to a space i made between the peas, once i harvested the peas the MJ plant was pretty tall and so i cut back the peas to roots and carried on growing MJ using reduced N inputs, i repeat this process up to 5 times per 20L soil used. Then i tend to go for fresh as it becomes a real struggle to keep the soil system healthy beyond a certain point eg lots of nutrients, which even tho i make them, i try to keep to need not to any feed program. I take the used balls the recycle them via standard composting once they are done, they are mineralized with rock dust and manure/ wood chip mulch :-)
