Coco is not like soil. Idk I'm gonna wait for @Enforcer to reply but I'm pretty sure your not feeding often enough.Il feed them tomorrow and then see how they are.. Only top bit of coco is dry tho, when i stick finger in stil abit moist.
So il feed about litre each then wait until feel dry again..
Lol its kool more opinions better mate.Coco is not like soil. Idk I'm gonna wait for @Enforcer to reply but I'm pretty sure your not feeding often enough.
I probably shouldn't have even given advice because I'm not a coco grower but every so often I step out of my comfort zone and put my foot in my mouth.
Wana see what enforcer says .Lol its kool more opinions better mate.
I used calmag because they was going light green. Probably due to them neending nutrients. I Normally use calmag once a week or so. I've done a grow in coco with no cal mag was fine. But like yaself I read on internet that if using coco you need calmag.Ow right you got more experience than me I coco then lol..
So you always used calmag ?
If you never has problems before then why change it,
Before when you used cuttings they could handle some feed or calmag , but now from seed maybe not rooted enough and can't handle this cal?
What coco you use mines canna coco it has a e.c of 0.2 it's already been treated and buffed and some shit lol so want need calmag at first anyway I might be wrong on that mind but think I'm right
Wana see what enforcer says .
Thanks bro... Next time I'm gonna go back to just tagging you and not confusing the poor soul. LolHey man, sounds like you have some experience with coco. So I’m just going to give you my thoughts and you can decide.
I have tried several different ways of starting plants in coco. I won’t go into all of them now, but I’ve done a few. What I’ve found is that feeding right away gets the best results with a coco/perlite mix. For rooted clones I start at an EC of 1.0. For sprouted seeds I start them at an EC of 0.8. I feed just to runoff 3x a day. However, I think the seeds may like 2x a day better. More to come on that later. This is from day one. Coco is not soil and must be approached differently. It should never dry out. Weight of the pot is irrelevant with coco. It should never dry out. Sorry, that is just very important and needs repeating. I know you said you have been using coco with clones for years just fine, but I bet you’ve had some nutrient tip burn and random deficiencies in late flower and wondered where it came from. It is very important to feed coco at least daily.
Just as an example of what I’m advising. I happen to have 3 Strawberries & Cream from Connoisseur genetics going. I put the germinated seeds directly into 1gal pots of Roots Organic brick coco with 30% perlite on Oct 13th. They got Remo Nutrients veg mix 3x a day once they pushed their first serrated leafs. They are under a 400w MH light. I just took these pictures now. View attachment 905652View attachment 905653

I'm going to feed later to run off then see how it goes from there. Cant see them getting better tho if they are overwatered then I feed to run off. Hopefully they do cheers for all the helpHey man, sounds like you have some experience with coco. So I’m just going to give you my thoughts and you can decide.

I know i keep saying it lol, but try no calmag and just add very low Feed insteadI'm going to feed later to run off then see how it goes from there. Cant see them getting better tho if they are overwatered then I feed to run off. Hopefully they do cheers for all the help

If you can pick up the pot and see how heavy it is compare a dry pot to a watered pot if ya can ?Thing is because they am droopy now. In three days time they could stil be droopy stil recovering or could be droopy because they havent been fed that's why when coco looks dry I feed them.

To add you can also see over watering effects when you have high humidity. The drooping is caused by poor respiration. You see it in under watering because the plant doesn't have enough water to take up so to save the water it has it closes the stomata in the leaves to prevent it from drying out. Which cuts off the CO2 exchange in turn the plant cannot photosynthesis.
With over watering it's the same the plant cannot respire properly but it's because of lack of oxygen in the root zone and that prevents the plants from taking up water and nutrients.
I water mine until runoff. I would suggest some run off to prevent accumulation of ferts in the soil. All had litre each last night will take pictures after. Wud run off been better.
