I was at the last show at the Mammoth Event Center. Lauren Hill.

I went to a Cypress Hill, 311, Pharcyde show in like '95. We went for The Pharcyde...but the whole show was spectacular.

The Deadmau5 show there last week was pretty good.

LOL, I won backstage passes for that LH show, but it was right around the time she decided to say some pretty stupid racist things, so I gave the tickets to a buddy who enjoyed them more than I would have. That was the Smokin' Grooves Tour, with Cypress Hill, 311, Pharcyde, wasn't it? the pipe, the pipe, let's pack the pipe... saw it in Chicago. Good stuff! First time I saw Pharcyde I think was with Tribe Called Quest. Been a fan ever since. See you at the show!

Should get there right before 6 or so.

Where are people meeting at the show? I can't meet before hand, but I would like to meet all you guys.

Actually meeting before the show. Not sure about after, as not everyone is even going to the show.

I can't meet after either. Only during.

It sounds weird. But once you meet me, you'll know why.

Actually...I just realized, I CAN meet after. If anybody has a place, I'm down.

I think 3 Kings on Broadway is the way to go.

Budsworth, I'll be coming back up soon- maybe next weekend. It was great hanging with you guys yesterday, even though I couldn't stay too long. The show was awesome! Lucero was great- I got their cd. And the Irish kid Frank (Tanner?) was good, too!
Anybody want to hang next weekend? Fat Sully's was good. I definitely want to check out Mezcal, but hoping to hit up Rodizio Brazilian steakhouse. I've heard alot of great things about that place.

Roller Girls at The Fillmore on Saturday. PBR tall boys and a semi-redneck good time.

And 3 Kings was a blast. Lucero came down. They closed the bar and my friends, the owners, moved us and the band into the back room. I threw in the towel at 2:45 this the morning.

Anybody going to the show tonight? I'll be there again.

i should be around. rodizio is awesome, chief mucho before hand, cuz those little pieces of meat start stackin up...plan on $35/plate. not bad considering Fogo De chao is like $50/plate...

made a quick stop by mezcal last nite...good stuff....

I may not make it Saturday; my ex-wife is having some health issues and I've got my kids while she's trying to get well. I am dying to hit up Rodizio's tho, so I'll stay in touch. Hated to cut our time short last weekend!!

Alt - sorry to hear about your ex-wife, hope she gets better.

While I hate Stapleton, the Texas de Brazil there is great. I've heard its better than Rodizio. I've only been to TdB, so can't compare, but the 'salad' bar is phenomenal.

I've been to all 3. I like fogo de chao the best out of all of them but you pay for it, the coconut flan at rodizio is to DIE for! I always leave that place half cocked with a busted button.
