Which light/lights would SpiderFarmer pick for a 1x2x2 meter tent if grow style would be Sea of Green under a Sky of Sun type?
What's the highest watts of your light/lights you would dare trying to get to that magic 100% coverage and penetration, kind off in electricity no issue but plants must thrive and obviously survive :-)

Small Boards and COBs are what my tent has evolved to. Before the COB/Boards Revolution, coverage was a factor with White discreet LEDs as well as maybe $3 a watt for less efficient lights that lit up an area about the size of a panel.

I do prefer, still, to use smaller fixtures for versatility in placement and height. Will probably pick up a 1000D later as I surely never would use a dimmer on theSun. Curious how a “Beginner” budget light from a known vendor performs, looks ideal for a small or beginning grower.

I'm sorry but I still believe a quality 1000 watt double ended hps with an electric/digital ballast will still out flower most led lights.
I'm currently running both, the first 2 weeks I used the hps.
Theres no data behind my reasoning but the red spectrum from the hps triggers a flowering hormone called florigen. I guess to sum it up quickly the red makes pfr, pfr then converts to pr and that's what triggers florigen, telling the plant to flower.
After week 2 was done I put my led back in, it's cool that you can get away with higher temps with led using co2 and now I'm in week 5 and will be switching back to the hps.... again no data just an experiment.
I do believe the buds get bigger with led but I've only achieved both size and density with the hps
