ok thank you. i was planning on scrogging. i split my plant in two and it's really fragile the one on the left. i think it stopped growing so it could mend the split. i was thinking about just flipping to flower and get this experience over and then start over fresh as i know more now. thanks for your help cannagranny.Hey Neueregel! If you have already done your four node topping, which I believe you have and the new growth is up to three to four nodes, now is the time to top all the new nodes at node two. From there on you are good until a week prior to flipping to flower, then it’s fim time!
Im assuming that you plan to scrog? If so hit me up the day before you go to flower and please use my whole name so this forum will notify me. I completely missed your post!
Ladies are looking lovely!
those look amazing. This is that ATF, she is still four weeks out. She overtook the other two plants and occupies two thirds of the five by five. So far her genetics are healthy and banging! Supposed to have heavy hints of pine, but so far I just smell skunk.
Anytime! Both @PerfecTrader and @Zombierider are great guys to help you out too. They are one scrog up on ya, but both honest and intelligent. Both great guys. The job I have keeps me covered up to the point I schedule days to even be able to water. It will slow down in the fall. In the meantime I just jump in a few mins here and there to catch up.ok thank you. i was planning on scrogging. i split my plant in two and it's really fragile the one on the left. i think it stopped growing so it could mend the split. i was thinking about just flipping to flower and get this experience over and then start over fresh as i know more now. thanks for your help cannagranny.
Just so you know many will be the time you will deal with a split in your stems. One of the best things I have ever used for that is called vet wrap. It’s a stretchy gauze that sticks to itself and will expand with the growth of the plant. When I have a split I fill it with honey and then wrap it in vet wrap forcing the split back together. Most of the time she does not even know she’s split And the plant will heal. So no big stress there. I’d top and move on prepping to scrog were it me.ok thank you. i was planning on scrogging. i split my plant in two and it's really fragile the one on the left. i think it stopped growing so it could mend the split. i was thinking about just flipping to flower and get this experience over and then start over fresh as i know more now. thanks for your help cannagranny.
ok i used a tywrap. for the honey it has to be organic honey correct?Just so you know many will be the time you will deal with a split in your stems. I use local honey, I’d assume all one hundred percent honey is organic. It is said it has anti fungal and antibiotic properties. I had an old experienced cultivator tell me to do this years ago, I can only think of once that it didn’t work.ok i used a tywrap. for the honey it has to be organic honey correct?
now THAT is a sea of green and such a great lookin canopy. sorry to hear you have such a skunk-smellin bully with no regard for space But I can honestly say, the ABSOLUTE most incredible strain I have ever had was ATF. It was in HS in early 90s. There was this kid Bob who was able to get it a couple times. It was $200 for a QUARTER! and hard to get cause people would pay it immediately. It was the most lime green shit ever seen. Like almost glowing neon green but what stood out the most is it looked like it was rolled in flower or cocaine. It was the frostiest flower ever seen. Completely white powder covering neon green. Was over 30 years ago and I remember it clearly. So for that reason I am stoked she is the mad hatter out of your 3 in there. Four weeks out you say? Oh my lord hah you gonna need a bigger boat huh or at least another trellis? Each time I see that somehow just 1 of your cultivars has taken over 2/3rds of your 5x5, I go look at my 4 plants in my 4x4 and go I start to pace and spaz out then I calm down and remember "this is just the beginning and 4 cultivars is a 1 time gig". I am not going to hurry through the grow but am not going to slow-roll it much either because I can see how much space limitations I may be up against if even turned out half like yours CG. It’s a good thing I have a soft heart toward those bad girls Believe it or not that is actually one cultivar that I have never had a chance to try out. The seeds were a gift from a friend o f mine in Mass. that owns a hydro store. The flower itself is very light green and those buds are hard packed. I currently have her cloned. I normally don’t trellis unless it has got top heavy and can’t stand up. So far all of her flowers are 8-10 inches and growing rounder vs. taller. I did trellis that Orange Widow tho. Her flowers are 12-16” tall and she was leaning.now THAT is a sea of green and such a great lookin canopy. sorry to hear you have such a skunk-smellin bully with no regard for space But I can honestly say, the ABSOLUTE most incredible strain I have ever had was ATF. That is outrageous and looks like a scene from an alien movie. Never seen trichs on pistils so close up before. What a beautiful flower. Can't wait to see all these ladies pan out. I think these cultivar choices you runnin this grow are tough to beat.@PerfecTrader I could see why she would have looked lime green, even her pistils are limey looking. I’m preparing to drop the humidity on her and force her to really frost up.
Hello @CannaGranny ! Looks like your ladies are getting super sparkly, thats gonna be some strong bud :D. How low of a humidity do you like to run for more trichs? I assume its towards the end of flower when the light is not as intense? I tried getting below 50% humidity last run and my girls didnt like it unless i lowered the light by alot. Ive been really busy lately but am happy to see @PerfecTrader doing so well in this grow, and you just pumping out the absolute godzilla dank. This world is worth saving with people like you all in it! Cheers!@PerfecTrader I could see why she would have looked lime green, even her pistils are limey looking. Whats up homie! Ladies looking like supermodels, keep up the good work! Those leaves could power the fricken International Space Station lmfao. Funnily enough my white widow has extra large fan leaves like that. So many different pheno's, it makes me laugh now when I see leafly saying "this strain has these effects and grows like this..." lol. Bullcrap, no two phenos are truly the same. That is outrageous and looks like a scene from an alien movie. Never seen trichs on pistils so close up before. What a beautiful flower. Just topped my Blueberry. Blue Sunset Sherbert is all that's left for round 1.
Gettin some extra large solar panels on Buttercup. Don't recall having any this large with the chem cookies or white widows. So cool to see how strains differ from the next

Whats up bro! I am growing a white widow right now yes, its the seedsman genetics. So far so good, though its not as vigorous as my fire afghan cookies. Check out my new grow journal if ya want, it has my white widow in it. Peace out! https://www.thcfarmer.com/threads/zombie’s-ganja-garden-of-happiness.140527/#post-2824872Hey man, the white widow are you growing that now? if not, how was it? thanks
Good evening CannaGranny! 35% humidity! Holy moly I never got below 50% really, I'll bet going down that dry will give me some more sparklies like you say! I guess watering them a lot more when I lower the humiditywill counteract that transpiration as its gotta be quite high at 35% humidity! How often are you watering in peak flower? Your in soil correct?Mornin Zomb!
In answer to your question, the last 3-4 weeks my ladies get dropped to 35% humidity. Trichs are by nature a defense response. I want her pissed off! Will she look all happy and stuff…nope. Not at first, then she will frost over like an ice queen, pull up her big girl trichs and get it done! I like an elongated trich stem that looks like it’s just before dripping a drop off it. Feels like kinetic sand between your fingers when ya roll it. Also causes a big ole stink. Literally.
While many back off the light intensity, I won’t stand accused of that. My lights roll at a full on hundred percent after being eased up to that for the duration of the grow. I have heard several arguments for that process and once again I will quote an old adage.. if it’s not broke…I’m not gonna fix it.
Is there room for improvement, I’m sure in most everything one does. After thirty five years I have reached a spot I feel darn blessed to be in and have settled in quite nicely. No fuss, no muss and finally Tokin the bestest stuff
You are headed that direction! I’m excited to watch you and Trader grow..literally!
I will photo the tricks for you at the time of harvest so you can see just how sparkly she will get.
One more thing, when I drop the humidity they will consume water like crazy.
