Not sure if this is the right section for the topic. I am autistic and have ADHD. I had bad experiences with cannabis in past so never tried it again until recently. Started growing it for my cousin with MS then expanded to growing more for my mom she has chronic pain. I needed to understand the entire thing better so I broke down and smoked a bit so I could get a baseline and improve my abilities. I felt amazing. Didn't smoke much but apparently it was enough to change so much for me. I felt better about so much. Negative affects that made it hard for me to function seemed to go away or greatly reduced. It was just bag seed. My cousin had some seeds, unknown strains etc. I didn't take any clones and that first harvest was very small and most was intended for her so I only kept about 50ish grams for myself. I have been growing super sshaze x apple juice ever since because I got a clone and then kept cloning from there. It hasn't had the same overall effect as the unknown seeds I had started the journey with. I recently got some seeds of WW x Bruce Banner but still in flower haven't tried it. I was also given seeds of Durban Poison(mother) x Critical Clementine(father) as well as Purple Thai Haze(mother) x Critical Clementine(father) that I haven't even started yet.
I have searched endlessly but haven't found anything useful. I am looking for a strain that would help me smooth out the rough edges of my ADHD/ASD brain as well or maybe better than that first harvest of unknown did. Anyone else ADHD/ASD and have some help with preferred strains? With the time it takes from seed to smoke I would love to just start with something that others have had success with.
