I catch a lot of shit about it and it is so hard for someone like me to explain to someone with absolutely no college level, or at least advanced high school bio or chem how much the science does explain the natural world. It is the the only way, to me, to have a comprehensive understanding of the natural world. Soil science is a perfect example. You need the chemistry knowledge to understand the biological part and vice versa.

I mean even just walking up to something as simple as my house. I'm in awe of how any atoms are making up all the shit around me right now. Once you get to thinking on the level of the very tiny--it explodes your head when you pull back out and really think about it.

Here's a common mindfuck for me in that vein:

There's probably 10x as many atoms making up all the shit in my house as there are galaxies in the universe, carry that comparison out to stars/planets and the number gets a bit tinier.

Now zoom the fuck out to the macro scale----and then zip right past it onto the scale of the solar system, then the galaxy, then our galactic neighborhood, then the universe. When you go from tiny to big like that in your head you realize that the absolutely unfathomable numbers which describe the universe at its largest--are, in reality, described by numbers where are thousands of orders of magnitude larger than that if we discuss what stuff is really "made of" at its tiniest. For example, think of how many atoms across the universe is. Holy fucking shit balls I could hold my zero button for 10 days and not hit the right amount.

This can of pop I'm drinking has probably about 10^16th or 17th more atoms making it up (just the aluminum) than I will take breaths in my entire life.

Ugh. There's some shit that you immediately want to un-know once you know it--but you can't. Especially with it being so goddamn motherfucking interesting, and all (at least from my perspective).

Well said. It's just like thinking/conceptualizing the parts of an atom. Such as that an electron is about 1800 times smaller than a Proton and imagining the electron clouds surrounding the nucleus of atoms in the different elements and then imagining just a mole of calcium carbonate (for example) with all it's components in 3d....

Mind fuck indeed.

actually i lied. The distance measured in hydrogen atoms across the universe is 1.6596655e+37 hydrogen atoms. That's still a retarded number.

The amount of atoms in the universe is estimated around 4x10^79. Which, of course, is 4 gadrillshmashmillion.

hey fat zip, the bennies will only help your plants. You will see a difference in veg time and in overall plant health. It is not a nutrient in any way. The packs are a blend of beneficial bacteria and fungi... many you cannot get in any store bought product at this time.

i will give it a try;all of the beneifcial microbes in the world will be much more helpful with nano, micro, and trace elements + humics and fulvics YEAH! those elements are what is missing in almost all ferts. adding your tea will eventually aid (once colinization at root zone occurs), to the absorbtion of my added elements . so yes i will try it.

Weed serves precisely this purpose for me--its a way to shut my brain off.

i use it 2 ways; i place a teaspoon per plant every month; and in between i use 1 teaspoon per plant plus fulvic acid and mix stir well wait for chemical reaction sizzle sizzle drop in feed water
it does wonders. ask anyone who hold the true Chemdog D; as them for their outdoor pics LOL, i have a lot of finished pics if you pm me. the bud is best with chemicals and all the organics on top of that. flushing for 3 weeks first week florakleen then flush tea and sugar only no chems, week 2 of flush no shit only sugars, last week florakleen again and pure ro last week is key to getting the most out of chems! they tast so bomb fresh dried, after a cure of up to 60 days you will jump for that flav!! it last so long and the high as well. i have never once seen a chem in a dispensay grown correctly THATS CUZ WE KEEP IT FOR OUR HEAD

HONESTLY your link is nothing compared to this for soil http://naturesperfect.us/pages/how-to-use
look at the difference for yourself!!!!!!!!!!
and then look at my pic after reading
i dont even sell that shit but it works like a miracle for SOIL I tried it in hydro and i got tuns of symptoms of too many mineral and metals! soil is a buffer and when you add it to SOIL ONLY you get fucking amazin results but in hydro i got ugly leaves that were showing wierd spots

Fatzip, let's keep this thrad about tea recipes please. It's starting to get a little cluttered. You can start a thread in the strain section if you like, or post up a journal of your grow. I am sure everyone would be stoked on that.

Definitely Trace Elements are needed for healthy plants. NPK really needs to be updated to reflect what growers have learned over the last 20-30 years.
