Had 1 small bud hidden and he did no find, was really pissed, toldme I have no rights, He knows whars up, just tell me where it is and we can talk.
ticketed me for speeding 8 mph over and of i went, never to return.

64 is game changer, prohibition will begin for THE USA; Colorado is right in the middle of the ol USA and will be the next Canada of the 1st US prohibition. The Cartel and other states will be buying marijuana from Colorado. I feel that the impact of 64 will dwarf our current marijuana successes and problems. more at

Having had other friends who got pulled over/popped with weed/shrooms...I kinda had an idea what was gonna happen....which was that after you refuse...they simply call the dogs...who then point.....and then they have "cause" to search....

So I asked if I could go to the car and get something......and they followed....guns drawn.... FREAKED my kids out..... but there it was...... I reached in...and pulled my "kit" from under the seat that had my license/pipe/about a 1/2 z of weed in it...and handed it to em.

it was the first Med card they'd ever seen....so they had to 'talk to their supervisor"...and left me standing out in the 20mph wind @ 20 F for an hour...roadside....no coat.....sonbitches....

Even so...they threatened me with Felony Child Abuse charges and a 48 hours "detox" and told me how 'weed' makes the Indians around S. Utah 'crazy'..... but after tellin em I had my card (this was in 2006) only cus I was tryin to get off the opiates.... (I was shaking a bottle of about 150 oxys right in their faces as i was tellin em how addicted i was)... they "gave me a break" and >>only<< charged me with 'Possession of a controlled Substance" and Possession of Drug Paraphenalia".....which tallied up to $500 per ticket and loss of the "right" to drive in their lovely state for a year.... like I've ever been back to spend a dime....cocksuckers....

so yeah.....>>all<< of the folks from CO headin to powell will get stopped if this goes through... Glad ya know to stay away bro

You got lucky, very lucky! that charge as mild as it may seem causes problems in some peoples lives.

No biggie, lino...it's the truth.....such charges could spell trouble in the life of someone who..say...had a real job... or..um...gave a fuck..... neither of which is/was me.

I hunted the high country around beaver utah for 25 years and every local good mormon boy was in our camp drinking our bourbon and smoking our weed and that included higher ups in the church,farmers,game wardens,cops etc etc,those boys just arent out of the closet yet,lol.My brother in law lives in virgin utah and is married to a full blooded navajo gal,they are both raging alcoholics,they would be MUCH better off smoking weed.I was never hassled there but i can definitely see how they could be dicks if they wanted too,they are not to keen on outsiders unless they are making money off of them somehow.

They can also seize cash and vehicle.

After touring with the Grateful Dead in the early eighties, Utah enforcement officers were the reason i never had happy dreams in that state,........"how's about i give you long hairs a 10 minute heads start and see who wins the race?"

Really sad to hear these thing about Utah. I have been going to Vegas since the 70's and it has gotten easier to drive than fly. Unfortunately Utah is if the way if you are coming from Colorado. I personally think Utah is one of the most scenic states in the country. I have never been hassled, pulled over or ever had any trouble there. Keep in mind I am driving on the interstate with cruise control on and pretty much driving the speed limit. Especially with my stash in the car. I always though Kansas was the red neck state from hell.

It is trust me kansas is a toilet and the south west is the drain the only nice part of kansas is the north east.... even there is wack.

Yup, lived in in Wichita, the tip of HELL!!! Hot and humid in the summer and cold in the winter. People think Colorado is cold...not like the mid west.

Read in the paper this morning that 64 is loosing some steam. The race is getting closer. Personally don't care either way, I am going to keep on keeping on.

Nope not like that at all "IT"S A DRY COLD" the higher you go the dryer it gets, and topographically could not be more different.

After my bust a few yrs ago out here in the midwest I finally have a few grand saved for the move out there. I plan on being in Colorado Springs by mid Feb and start doing some consulting while I wait for my paperwork to go through.

Anyone else get a phone call from SUSAN SARANDON, urging them to support 64 today, that was kind of strange i'm not even sure she's a Colorado resident? but it was kind of cool.

i got a call saying to vote for A64 its in my voice mail so i just read it i didnt listen to it..

glad to see some people working the phones... all my ballots are ready. fingers crossed
