Grow god I had 2 veiled chameleons at one point in my life. They are cool because their eyes turn 180 degrees
They have a very long tongue that snaps out of their mouth 12 inches or so. And they change colors and patterns . I use to hold out crickets 12 inches away and the tongue would come snapp the cricket up .

I don't think it's misery, it's selfishness. They think they are doing the right thing the right way, and they'll be damned if someone else thinks they can go faster or get there sooner. The asshole at the front of the wolfpack subconsciously thinks it's a race, and if he remains in control then he 'wins', however they choose to define that term. I don't think most people do this stuff intentionally, but I think it's more about control than anything. Or, they don't think and treat car time as cell phone social hour or insta-snap-bookface-chatback-twatter time. A 15 watt led bulb nowadays puts out around 1600 lumens. I buy a 2 pack at Costco for $20 (5000k or 2700k)
