The soft tie is really easy and useful to work with. It is important to leave room for growth so you can loop it loosely over the branches.
And I clean them with alcohol and reuse them. I have a box of them cut to different lengths now.

15 years no store meat.all our beef comes from our friend we eat beef maybe 3 times a month mostly burgers his ground beef is awesome, 3 inch thick cowboy cut t bones and rib eyes...Oh yes. That is a big hunk of heaven. Ah men to the cow God.
Prime rib...I imagine roasted then oak smoked on the barbecue cut into steaks would be amazing. Is that a cut of rump? Looks like a fine piece of meat. Made my mouth water :)
