day 20 12/12 wifi

evening folks, just some pics of the wifi in the 90ltr pot, she's my special lady in the room atm lol

this girl is under the new gavita light and she's soaking the light right up, just feeding her catalyst by plant magic atm, its a kelp extract and seems to give the plants a lil boost, keeps them very vigourous :)

ive also got a question for you guys, weve got 1 or 2 plants that are cal/mag whores, if i feed them cal/mag will it wipe out the microlife within the soil, i mean im gonna put it in if it needs it but dont have a clue if that stuff is safe for the soil, any info would be great :)

What's up S.C? You guys are killin it over there nice job!

When I was growing in soil I had the same conserns and you are right. Most Calmags including Botanicare's Calmag are said to kill microlife.

I found that a solution to that problem was a combination of epsom salt (contains mag and sulfur, sulfur is also very good) and Calplex. Calplex is a liquid calcium (I think General Organics) that comes in a 500 ml bottle. I have heard some of the organic gurus here post that they use this combo. I used a dose of 1 tsp. pre gallon of epsom salt and 50% dose of Calplex. It worked well for me.

Hell yeah you guys are on terror over there really sick,here's a post from on here about cal mag and microbial life sounds like ogonly knows the steelo for sure here's a post on the subject from a farmer in this site hope this helps some not sure how much truth to it I'm not a expert by any means but this grower seems like he's boned up on his knowledge of it, grow store 'cal mag' products (like Botanicare Cal-Mag product) are manufactured using Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA).

That's what is killing your microbe herds. There are very easy ways to extract Calcium from Calcium Carbonate sources with resorting to using EDTA.

Yeah some calmag products will nuke your micro life. I mix in a bit of glacial rock dust/azomite and epsom salt into my soil to get my cal & mag #'s up. Could do a top dress also but its not as effective

pursang x shimla, just the 1 pheno for now due to me not charging the camera lol, i got 2 quick shots of them in place tho lol

dud x tresdawg 4# this girl is a reveg from our last crop, we revegged her cos we lost the cuts we took but she was looking good to go so we stuck her in a 20ltr pot and she seems to be fine, growing slightly diff to last time tho

and last is the querkle, sc is sure its the z pheno, he had it a while back and seems to think this is too, but only time will tell, i sure hope he's right tho

cheers bro, no we water the 90ltr every 6-7 days, the 20s every 3-4 days, the temps have been sweet so far too, we've had 2 days where it went over 28, but apart from them days its on 27.2 daytime and 17.5 at night, must be because its fookin freezing outside lol, not complaining tho hahahahahah

hey whazzup, i cant stop tellin peeps about it, the thing i noticed straight away was the light is true, the hps bulbs flicker ever so slightly where as that doesnt 1 bit, the ballast doesnt over heat either, when she's burning 1150 the bulb does give off some heat but id say its fine for the watts its throwing out :) upto now its got me hooked, im ordering another 5 for my next crop, with them being adjustable if the room gets too warm we just click it down a few notches and it helps lower temps, everything just seems to be win win with it, i'll know for sure at the end tho bro, cheers for dropping in guys

yo, you must be puttin in some hard work because you actually take pics of the individual plants, its great!!! must be hard thou keep puttin them back ha ha, again the room looks really good. have you had a yeild out of the room as a whole or do they all finish at different times because your running different strains?????
