Here's a shot with nikkor micro 40mm
its never needed thickening, is masa a kind of flour? I know masa means dough in spanish, never heard of it over here in any way shape or formHave u ever used masa to thicken the chili?
@G gnome i need to cook some venison, i have a load of dried juniper berries and they only really work well with venison. Made a great venison pie last year.

nice man, sounds like a great idea.We eat a lotta venison. If i kill 4 deer a year we're good on red meat......im runnin low atm deer season starts in less than a month tho...gonna use the knife toaster gave me for a gutting knife!

hmm tamales man.. In peru i ate loads of tamales with lichon which is roast suckling pig, fekkin delish. Never seen them here either.Nice shot, wancdank!!!

It's perfect for field dressing!!!It's ment to cut through atlas with it but yeah, should do a great job with gutting too :D

I use it mainly in chinese sauces or if i really need to thicken a sauce or gravy quickly. With a cjhili i just let it cook down till i am satisfied.What do u use it in?
Similar to a roux is how i use itIt gives the chili an awesome texture

A good chili doesn't need any cornflour for texture! All cornflour does is make things lumpy if u don't add it correctly! My nan told me that.Thats cuz u lack vision haha
