I used to have anger issues.It's been awhile but I digress sometimes.I'm a much happier person these days regardless of the situation because I subscribe to some basic rules.
#1 Always trust your gut.Speaking for me not you.
#2 Learn to breathe.
#3 Before you act on a thought,think about repercussions.
#4 Try not to sweat the small stuff.
#5 In the bigger perspective of things most of it is the small stuff.
Works for me most of the time,good vibes to you.

I'm a divorced father.Sometimes it's for the best.I can honestly say that if the two of you aren't willing to work at it everyday it won't work.Search yourself,you'll know what is right.Aside from everything else just keep the kids as #1 priority.Good luck.

but this is what im saying bro , i didnt even kick off ... shes constantly blowing things out of proportion lately ...
want to know what happened ..... well here goes ....

Went out to our local village xmas lights turn on , took kids ice skating and to see santa then on a few fair rides , had real fun and everything was great .... walking back home we decided to go to the fish n chip shop for our supper , when we got there people where quing out the door so i said , fuck this lets get something else as i dont wanna be waiting outside in the cold and waiting all night. (didnt argue , just said)
Her friend was stood outside in the que and jokingly said to me , Rob shut the fuck up , so i said back , ah get fucked and then walked off , wife then stomped off infront of me , so i yelled to her to see where she was going , she continued to walk off so i shouted to her that i dont know where she was going and why was she in such a mood ... she went ape shit at me saying i spoke to her friend like crap and made her embarrased ...... when i tried to tell her that wasnt my intention she continued to yell at me so i flipped told her to fuck off ect ... n stormed off home with my 18mnth in pushchair n my 6yr old while wife went in shop with 3yr old ... some woman in the shop apparently made a comment about poor kids having to see there parents kicking off in public .... and that was the nail in the coffin for her she stromed home took the kids and went ...

sounds like she,s a bit unhappy tbh.sometimes people just annoy people no matter what they do but its usually the problem of the person who,s getting annoyed but on the other hand if your getting pure raging and bouncing phones off the walls thats no good either.
sounds like you need to sit down and have a completely honest and open conversation were your dont end up trying to point score or end up argueing.u cant win argueing with a women.do what i do wen the get ratty and bitchy,just stay TOTALLY calm and dead pan and say"until you can calm down and speak to me reasonably then im not even going to respond." But it wouldnt work too well if you get ragin all the time.
My "mrs" is a real bitch o hell and is CONSTANTLY nag nag nag.99% o the time im like that wee guy out that video.the one were he sticks his fingers in his ears and "na na na" wen people are annoyin him.you have to learn to kinda listen-but no listen.seem as if you care and are interested and are taking all on board wen really your just nodding and thinking what beans your gonna pop next.

i split with my mrs in my 30s every 1 i know atm seem to be havin probs all in there 30s lol i had 6 months split . she asked me back . i think i was havin too much fun at the time lol .been married 30 yrs this yr . it can work out !

@happy b thats exactly what i do, sometimes she's talking to me, I'm nodding and making attentive noises and i realise i haven't heard a word she has said and she has been talking for 10 minutes.
