nah mate that wagyu melts in your mouth and is full of flavour. its not like normal steak. Its the rosin of meat. full melt beef.
I like my steak cooked through but still juicy so shit cuts like rump are no good for me it's fillet rib eye or t bone them u can cook properly and it's still soft and juicy :)
