I've seen people under 1k get 1/2, or less, but I've also seen 2+ lb 600 watt grows. I won't talk about my #'s, as there's nothing good that will come of if.
The grow has to be flawless, and buds have to be dence, but 2+ isn't far fetched.
Like you, I'd harvest in stages. Both for effect, and to swell up some of the lowers.

In bloom I'll do GH, or similar bloom, as there's no N. I'll do 2.5 cal mag, 1 ml drip clean, 2.5 Silica.

Veg, I'll basically do something similar, but with grow based nutes.
I used to use Pro Mix, and Sunshine for a bit.yeah nothing wrong with those, I like the Lucas as well ran that a fair bit back in the day, but Kinda do more of my own thing now, Got away from hydro after running that for about 20 years did a bit drain to waste, now just run Sunshine #4 for the ease of it, big fan of silica one of the reasons I run sunshine as it has it added , also a fan of fulvic

Using basic 3parts micro (5-0-1) grow (2-1-6) bloom (0-5-4) , Pk heavy, potassium silica （cut around week 5 ), calmag（cut after strech）
