Well, I wish I knew from rmoltis, I had already topped them, day 22 (good grief, really?) and I hope the stunted growth won't hurt them tooo much.
I hope I did it the right way, if not, lemme know either way. Thanks all :)

Hey @Foxlink your plants will be ok.
They will just slow down due to not having a very large root system. They will resume normal growth it just adds some extra days..

But like @EventHorizan said
topping from the 7th node down to right above the 3rd.

Since it grew all the way to 7th node, it has a decent developing root system.

Letting the ladies spend some time with their leaves up to node5-6/7 allows them to photosynthesize more. Which drives root development too.

That way when your root system is more well established. It will lead to a faster recovery after topping.

Well since these seeds came from a bag, not a legit company, the thought is still lingering…
Ah, yea its possible. There's no real way of knowing how the seed got there honestly. Could have been exposed to a male plant, another hermied plant or even hermied itself. It just means you have to be diligent in looking over your plants in flower for nanners and sacs. Just keep in mind some of the best strains we have today came from bag seed, think Chemdog D for example. Happy growing bro and hopefully you have the next Chemdog D in your garden :smoking:

Exactly.... I got bought seeds and bag seed plants and I'm running more of the bag seed plants than the bought. And they out grew everything!

ps, the rounded plant is my (replanted) Jade that used to be my Grandma, rest her soul-I had to make her plant alive, because both my parents aren't ummm, exactly good with indoor plants at all…

Show em off bud. Most people here grow all sorts of stuff

I think #2 got a little spot from watering the other plants (Jade, tomato, dill) from the nutes those got a while ago… But here are those:

The dill is actually from seed, the tomato is a clone (I think they are Golden Nugget?) and the basil vvvv are also from seed, in another growing area- they took over lol

Tonight, after they get the lights off, I'm going to switch one bulb to the Powerveg 633 instead of the extra 6500K bulb. :)

hey Brother,,, Sorry i have been on vacation down in the sticks with bad signal. Anyway,,, let me make sure my memory is right... these are photos right?
If so, you can flip to flower WHEN you want BY changing the light schedule from 18-6 to 12-12... That is what promotes flowering. Depending on grow space height decides when to flip. Most flip between 12" and 24"... So your choice... Keep in mind that your root mass will have a correlation to bud size, quantity, and quality... So that would be the barometer I used to decide when to flip. Good luck ,,, I will check in on you tomorrow when I make it back to civilization.....

It's ok that you are out&about lol :) Yep, those are REAL pics from yesterday ! strong lil' buggers lol, and now that the leaves are more definite, they are some kind of indica. (still don't know which strain, but that slims the 'which one' a little) They are still a bit small as far as flipping, so I'll let them go until roughly 18" tall, not to tall, but not to small either-trying to make sure I won't over force the flowering before the root systems aren't over strong. THANK you, very much for answering my question. I'll post new pics from the babies tomorrow, had to set them in a safe area atm.

Alright everyone- sorry for not being able to post stuff new yesterday, I had a huge bug problem (bed critters from hell and I'm not allowed to use pesticides, amha had to.) and had lots to do, then after paying bills & finally just had passed out.

OK, so all the formalities aside, here are pics from this morning, day 31:
(ps, the new light is in place from the pic on the wall to myself are the light set as such; PowerVeg FS/UVA,UVB PowerVeg 633 PowerVeg 466 PowerVeg FS/UVA,UVB)

Day 31(sheesh time flies…):

They are a little deficient on color because they had to be in a safe spot getting 1) not getting seen by amha & 2)being in less light they are used to. I hope they'll recovered quickly.

Day 32:

Yep, it was just the lack of the light they were used to. It didn't even take half the day yesterday. Resilient little plants! The tallest I checked on height she's only 10" and the other 2 weren't far from behind. All three have taken the new light well, and they seem just happy as could be. Nice strong leaves, a solid stalks (even though they are still little), very good color in the whole.

From yesterday the color in the leaves were a little pale, but this is this morning:

Like I was hoping they recovered quickly, I still keep my eyes on them to make sure they don't over strain themselves. They are still on a 18-6, but as said before I want them to be a bit taller before starting the flip.

Hiya crew, sorry I haven't posted recently because my wife FINALLY got 'sprung' from the hospital in Las Vegas and she just got home early as hell this morning. I was more than happy, so was my 'lil kitty Charm. I'll post some tonight before the lights are off, and I do need a little guidance towards making the trellis I'm starting… I will post some in a few hours~

Peace, love and light
