Lucky for me my wife shoots professionally, so I just happen to have a 5D mark II and ultrasonic lenses to play with at any time

So when did the facelift happen?!

Haven't been super active lately, been on that hustle trying to get my life together. Hope everyone is doing alright!

I went to log in and had to do confirm I was where I thought I was. Not too sure about this new look yet, but so far looks to be a real solid responsive design. Good work @logic!

I really dont like to talk shit on a company unless they deserve it. After 15 years of using cameras i respectfully have this to say: Fuck Sony AND the horse they rode in on.

@Power OG nikon is bomb. I suggest Canon every time over nikon, ive been around a lot of cameras in my time and canon just seems to be sturdier, have less issues and is easier to find decent prices lenses. That being said, i know a handful of nikon shooters and their photos are great.

If you do however get a canon i always thought the 40mm pancake lens macro would be great for shooting bud. Even though its a macro ive used it to shoot portraits and come out with flying colors before. And the macro extreme closeups are AMAZING you can get the the camera to focus what seems like a few inches from the gate, and the lens is relatively fast so would work well with low light sitch

So what a shit show my morning was!!
Around 8am I hear a knock on the door and it my cable guy, he says there is a disturbance in the line and its coming from my house..flash back to Feb when this same thing happened bc of the ballast I was using. But now I am currently just running a few outdoor girls so my ballast isn't even on. He was here for like 2.5hrs and of course he found some reason to have to walk around the back of my house and BAM he walked straight into the plants! YIKES! He acted like nothing and didn't even slightly acknowledge that he was talking to me with a 6ft big green stinky pot plant basically rubbing his shoulder...lol i was laughing in my head but I hate so much that he saw them. I'm in a slightly paranoid state not knowing weather to chop them early to be safe or let it ride. I tried to pick up on his vibe to see if I could tell if he was a closet smoker or at least cool with the idea. I asked him for a light to check for resin on the end of his lighter and NADA...A few other conversation ques I tried to drop to tell but I got nothing. I mean he didn't outright seem like an ANTI-cannabis/drug guy, he was kinda dopey and slow...IDK what to do!!!

Seen that post and that sucks man . Stay safe and good luck. Workd at a smoke lounge and people from border told me couple sad stories bout like spliff , ect . one was a fireman and he was goin to trial and if convicted he'd loose job . peace and good vibes 420 lyfePpP

Are you in a state that allows cultivation? If not, I'd probably take them down to be safe @Lazerus00.

@gardnguyahoy last thing I bought new from Sony was a ps2. Haven't really played games since... All I know is my Walkman is still kicking ass. I don't use it. But if I had to, it'd be kicking ass, so 15-20 yr old tech still alive and well had me confident. I should've realized a phone isn't a Walkman...

I'd caution starting your indoor so soon @Lazerus00... Take it from someone with experience... Don't overestimate they're ability to move quickly and don't underestimate their willingness to sit on you till they get something. Be a good boy for a month or so, provided you're just a hobbyist as you are, they'll realize it's a waste and you can breathe easy... Had a few homies thinking shit was a1 a week or two without any knocks just to get raided when they set up shop too soon

Remember if you're growing, refuse anyone without a warrant, and I mean anyone. And stash shit as remote as possible if able. Not a dig, but I personally would've told dude to wait while I stashed the plants in the back corner of the property out of his direct way. If I'm not mistaken you have plenty of room on said property if a situation arises in the future
