i have used canna and i have used the complete line of Advance nutrient but the automatic ph did not work still had to put ph- in my water.

i have the older version so the new lights should be even better.

But since i'm getting these results i don't feel like upgrading.

In my opinion the nutient are just a small part of a great harvest it's the light that makes the big difference.

Started with hps 400W getting about 300 grams of 6 plants

Then bought the viparspectra 600W did 1 grow the auto Ultimate was good.

But since i bought the QB my harvests were always above 400 gr and now the biggest so far.

Also depends on genetics of course

2k se over a 4x8 17 plants no gas. Usually get 110 to 150ish g off each plant give or take. Pretty much .9 to 1 gpw without trying too much strain dependant.

I have a 5x5 as well. How many can you fit in there with optimal results? I am currently working with Gg4 auto and glueberry auto. I am using Dwc in 5 gallon buckets now. First time trying. Any info would be appreciated .

Well,

This had been such an amazing Run i wanted to share this with you.

Here are all the details you should need.

tent 80/80/180 cm

light 2 x 135W Quantum Boards V1

Coco coir with 30% perlite

4 x 15 liter Smart pots

technique Topping + Budswelling

and here are the results of this amazing grow .

Royal Gorilla 1 = 427 gr wet weight

Royal Gorilla 2 = 636 gr wet weight

total 1063 gr wet weight

Bruce Banner 1 = 757 gr wet weight

Bruce Banner 2 = 764 gr wet weight

Totaal 1521 gr wet weight

total all plants 2584 gr wet weight

after 6 days of drying before curing:

Bruce Banner 1 = 172 gr Dry weight

Bruce Banner 2 = 173 gr Dry weight

Totaal 345 gr Dry weight

Royal Gorilla 1 = 98 gr dry weight

Royal gorilla 2 = 134 gr dry weight

totaal dry weight 232 gr

total 577gr dry weight of 2 Bruce Banner + 2 Royal Gorilla

2,13 gramms per Watt Amazing i think i'm dreaming

if i had planted 4 Bruce Banner i might had gotten 2,5 gr/watt without using CO2

Just amazing

You must be giving them plant Viagra
What do you do for your nutrition schedule in your coca coir w/perlite? Every day water...etc.??
I might have a stab at your Bruce Banner, next run....

hey , Thanks man i give them water every day. if yoy want to know about what i fee my plants i have all my diaries at www.growdiaries.com under "bluesbreeder". there you can check my feeding shedule and what i do and maybe it will help you.
And there are believers and non believers about this technique ! i experimented with Budswelling technique just i read about it and i tried it a few runs.
so i planted 2 plants sativa + 2 plants Indica did budswelling only on 1 of the 2 plants and tried this on this 4 different strains to see if it makes a difference!
and i must say on a sativa plant i got about 20% more on the plant i did with budswelling.
on an indica it seems to have no or just little effect but it works a lot on Sativa's.
But you can see video's on Growdiaries were i do the budswelling technique https://growdiaries.com/diaries/16409-royal-gorilla-and-c-banana-under-qb270w/week/78492

Best I have ever done.
1.89 gpw
However I have to be honest it was fictitious as it was not a normal grow at all.
Used a 1000 watt hps
12 plants in a 5x5 tent
Used ebb and flow buckets with growstone
Strain: auto big bud
I left the lights on 24hr never turned them off.
Training wast LST with a moderate bottom trim up. Not even a full lollipop. Just cleaned the bottoms a little.
12 weeks start to finish.
Got 4.17 lbs
I pumped a lot of energy into them so its not relatable to a traditional grow . As a photoperiod only gets half that amount of energy input while in flower.
Honestly it really wasn't worth as far as energy usage goes and yeah it was a great yield but when you are running everything 24hr the costs add up. I also had to babysit that grow. All the time doing something to it. I literally ate, shit and breathed that grow. I will not do it again.

I am curious as to what people are pulling off their lights. How many grams do you harvest for how many watts of light used. Obviously lots of factors make things different. Feel free to list any details about your findings. Kind of Light is key to understanding ratio. All answers will interest someone.
Between .5 and 2. Depends how long you veg. To really compare it should be g/w/day.

My first run was 2.14 grams per watt. They had a rough start (didn’t like 24 hours veg) and were flipped a touch earlier than I like. I wasn’t trying for max yield and was room for a lot more super dense buds, also had 1 blue dream that is a weak yielder. This next run will be a record breaker.

I only have my first grow to go by but it was over 1/2 kg dried/cured bud and another 1/2 kg fresh frozen trim, plus everything I smoked for 4-5 weeks on top of that. Using 300watt in a 2x4x6 tent, it would make it over the 2g per watt line easy enough anyway.

Grow autos, depending on strain i pull a half oz to an oz and a half per plant cured.

My first run was 8 plants, final dry weigh in was 1.5g per light watt with 3 carambola full spectrum led strip lights with bloom switch that use 130 watts each. Haven't figured my recent harvest yet

It's hard to conceptualize a picture. I think you have a good idea with the lighter pic. That should give the plant a bit more ratio characteristics. I'll post it right at lights on.

My goal isn't maximizing absolute yield, or fiscal efficiency. I'm not trying to build an empire or get rich.

I do this because I love this plant, it's been with me through most my life and given me more joy and relief than I can measure.

I grow it to witness it's magic. If I yielded 1oz a plant it wouldn't concern me. I've been rewarded yes, but it is not by trumping my fellow gardening comrades and fighting to throw "I'm better then you"'s at them.

It's the cannabis which rewarded me.
I'm trying for very small plants now to stay in state limits and still grow.
