No, they don't quite say that, but they're firm that fluoride has helped improve dental health by a huge margin. They're also firm, and the research supports the assertion, that dental health plays a huge role in total health. EG, periodontal disease is associated with elevated risk of heart disease and other diseases, IIRC.They say you should be drinking fluoride?
