What is this on my leaf?

No I did not spray it with lights on. Nothing has been sprayed on them.
No water did not get on these.
Growing two of the same strain from seed, Mendo OG. Both in one Earth Box and the other plant is fine.
The ph of the Cali magic adjusted RO water was high (8.5) for several waterings. These dots started midway in veg where they still are now.
Corrected ph water now for last two waterings.

Iron, Manganese, Boron, Copper and Zinc are the ones that you start to lock out with PH over 8.

Looks like this is on new growth too as best as I can tell.

Since you are growing from seed, you are likely dealing with 2 phenos that have slightly different needs. You are not giving us much to go on so that's my best guess. Up the micros in whatever nute system you are using.

Yes, soil in an Earth box, sub irrigated planter. Living organic soil, no fertilizers.

There’s been no nutrients given. It’s in living organic soil which has no fertilizer, only organic inputs like crustacean meal, kelp meal, etc.
I will add some of my big 6 nutrients and probably spray both really good with my Neem mix I’ve always used. They have been getting water with cal mag but maybe it’s not enough. May up that a bit first.

look into some Azomite for a top dress/amendment for micros

I mixed Neem/peppermint soap/clove oil/baking soda and sprayed plants and soil. added top dress of big 6 micronutrients, volcanic rock dust, and some other stuff. We shall see.

either this or the roots are fighting for food. both plants do look to be to close to each other. The healthy plant might be dominating, hence why its not showing any deffeciencies.
