the Green Leaf!! sabatus, ME.....Stay away never has anything you need in stock, horrible customer service, never awnsers phone, and as far as led lights there good when flowering a 2-3ft max plant, takes longer. and what they claim for 3w diodes that a 300 will cover 10x10 is complete bs more like 4x4 at best and it's not optimal! if you buy an led and it goes bad nearly impossible...nope impossible to get new one or your money back, they get them in japan!! Grassroots in north Augusta, is awsome! just wanted to give everyone the low down!! Happy growing--Peace n pot!

the boys at grassroots are great, good friendsas well.....look for our new store in farmington soon.........

Its always nice to go to a grow shop where people know what the fuck their talking about. Grassroot carries UC setups as well. Have to be custom ordered, but I heard through the grape vine they are plannnig on stocking some 6 and 12 sites pretty soon

I will be getting an UC 6site, few wks. Yeah it is nice too get knowledgable peeps, dont get that at the brownleaf, as we all know it starts with getting good roots, Grassroots...hit em up! Lata

My genes are hardy, island stock, acclimatized over six generations...i'm working on acclimatizing my strains too..ha!
The MMJ scene here is right on the cusp I think...hoping to get my caregivers card and help tip the balance this spring. BUT, as has been said, this ain't arcata, we don't need any of that up here, I have no tolerance for flaky anarchist burnouts and spaced out trim scene bros. No offense meant, but Mainahs are a different breed. but we grow great weed.
anyone have any suggestions for getting the ball rolling and finding some patients? I'm registered with mmcm and mmpi and some other one. I guess its just a matter of all of those patients applications getting approved...

Hows maine doing? Ive been reading a bunch of stuff of IC of people claiming its impossible to get cards now ect. anyone getting popped? and are their cards holding up

There are only a couple of doctors in Maine that are giving recommendations. Its not impossible to get a card but there is a waiting list. Only people who get popped are people tryin to over exceed the limit.

Grass Root Grower is OK at best. Depends on who you talk to. If you talk to *** he is very knowledgeable and will help you very good, always asks questions to help you out. On the other hand the owner, ***, I think his name is is a quack and I don't use that term lightly. I went in there and he was all over the place with stuff, didn't know what he was talking about and recommended me like 3 different things and none of which was what I needed. I went back and saw **** 2 days later and he steered me in the right direction. When I was talking to **** he kept butting into our conversation and trying to recommend shit that I didn't need. Totally annoying and totally unnecessary. I call now just to ask who is there before I go in.

hi to all my neighbors in maine,
im just to the left of you guys, down by the coast. ill tell you one thing, if my gov. doesnt smarten up a little and listen to all us residents ill probaly be moving the 15 minutes up route 1 to your great state! by the way, who ever had the idea to have a new england c. cup (on the first page of this thread). Great idea, im down!!!

Read an article the other day that their seems to be a slight pharmy issue in the state.
The article said one pharmacy was robbed 7 times in a 6 month period!
Whats the deal with that? Are oxy's a big problem in the pine tree state?
Has meth reared it's ugly head yet? It's starting to take hold here but crack is still king.

On the outsiders comment that's funny but so true.. THere is/was a comedian I saw that is a native and he has a spiel about folks born in the state and outsiders.
Yes if you were born on the other side of the state line you will always be an outsider.
Even if your family moved there when you were only 3 months old.
I still remember the guff I received when I first moved there over "ant" and "pop"
I've called it soda ever since :P still call my aunt's ants though.
