agreed i think much of indoor farming is this way, once people understand what is actaully going on and what the goal is the picture becomes crystal clear(har har); was just llokin at your sour D grow from cali connect; i just did an all veganic run of her that turned out great, without co2 though she seems to stay kinda skimpy instead of filling out like i wanted her too, thats sour d's famed growth structure for yah though. i have a pre-96 or 98 sour d clone that i was competing cali connections with. cali connects had better structure but wasnt as raunchy as my clone only. my clone only smells and tastes of diesel fuel and sour lifesaver gummies; the cali connect sour d was overall more "fruity, tropical"....anyways hope alls well on your side of paradiseOnce people understand what is happening to the flower as they cure, and what the goal is,,,,there are many tools and methods to achieve a proper cure...

Thank all you farmers for this topic. I have done it all over the years, EXCEPT curing. I guess I was always in a big ass hurry and afraid they would mold. You have taught the old guy a lot.Ah, but that IS the problem, isn't it? Many (most?) don't understand what occurs during the cure. Then, we have so many who just want to hurry everything up.
Let no whine begin before its time. :D
I think it's an art, truly. Curing anything is an art, IMO. It's kinda like cooking.
Know I'm Say'nnnnnnn?!bean sprouts in the stir fry....i know that you know that i know what i'm sayin. sayin. (read in j-roc from trailor park boys style)
Somebody has to be a total moron to fuck up a wet trim & cure in my book. The reason my weed is better than everybody else's I've seen in my area (hate me for saying so, but it's true) is mostly b/c I wet trim and everybody else here is taught mindlessly to dry trim. Such an easy tip, yet nobody is willing to try. I agree, people are way too arrogant to take advice. No worries, I like being the only one in the area still cropping out at 32/p^^^
Exactly. Around here(which I think you were) in 09 when every wanker hacks decided to go for it, I saw the worst cured garbage. I would visit a garden and see beautiful plants, then weeks later see the so called finished product. It was ruined damp hay smelling at best. IMO worthless except for cooking. All to anxious to get "market share". A friend was like man "no one around here can grow for shit" I told him my thoughts were they didn't know how to cure. And this was at shop after shop. People to arrogant to take advice. Then Id show them the same strain from same source but grown and dry trimmed and cured properly. It was kind of funny really.
Wrong. Wet trim buds look like my picture right out of the jar. They are hardier and more resistant to rough handling than dry trim buds. That blackwater bud was a random bud I scooped out of a jar and took a pic of. Stigmas don't attach to glass like they do bags. Never bag top shelf if you want it to stay top shelf. I guarantee you there is no such thing as a 5000 p in a med state. Never, ever, ever. 32/p wholesale to an access point in a med state in 2013 says a shitload....that blackwater bud looks good, it looks like its never been touched by anything.....same as mine do with my line bag cure rite after I snip them off, but that's a pic of a bud rite off the drying line never bagged up,,,I've been doing this a long time and all my bud come out like that but the pistols don't stay looking like that once jarred or bagged..... EVERY METHOD needs to be packaged in the end......anyone can take a pic of an untouched bud...shit where I'm from lbs go for 5000 to the normal buyer,,but that don't really tell people much...and how are you saying that bud was dried and cured ???????????View attachment 341127
