Wtc, Gg4, And Gsc

I can't wait till I can afford to build up my pot collection again. Im really missing these airpots and they are way too expensive too buy all the sizes I need at once.

The White Tahoe Cookies is down to her final days. The trichomes are mainly clear with a couple starting to turn cloudy. Look at that sparkle!View attachment 20190304_062734.mp4

GG4 looking frosty! It looks like she's starting to fill her buds out. She's a slower grower than the WTC but she is still catching up eventhough she's in a 5 gal pot instead of 7gal.

I did a mix of 2 high phosphorus bat guanos (1tbs per gallon of soil. 0-7-0, 0-10-0), ewc, and brew an aact with the same ingredients for a once a week foliar spray with a switch to soil drench once a week. For the brew I added earth juice hi brix molasses, liquid kelp, and alfalfa. This was for both the GG4 and the White Tahoe Cookies.View attachment 20190304_062650.mp4

Small update!
I made a small makeshift cloner to save space instead of my 7 inch humidity dome. I made it out of 2 leftover rootbeer 2 litres. It worked just as fast as a regular dome setup. I made sure I had 4 inches of soil for the taproot development and 7 inches for bigger clones.

I made it real quick nothing was precise, but it works flawlessly. All I did to fit them together was make 4 slits on the dome.View attachment 20190306_142946.mp4

My 2x2 tent is crammed. This homemade cloner is a life saver. I can use the dome to bring the clones closer to the light. This helps in crowded places. View attachment 20190306_143418.mp4

Update week 5 for GG4!
I gave her a root drench with AACT earlier today. The buds are stacking a lot better than I anticipated so that makes me happy!!! That diesel/chem smacks me right in the face every I bump into her.

Update for the White Tahoe Cookies!
Today is week 8 for her. I wish you guys could smell her. She has that strong og kush smell mixed with sour candy and grapes. If you are around the pdx area I highly recommend getting this cut. I supercropped every moment I could but the buds are still weighting the branches down. I wish I could afford some yo yos. She stopped drinking her water, I was supposed to water today. She's almost done!!!

!Update for veg!

I did a mild pruning on the GSC forum cut and the White Tahoe Cookies today. I was supposed to do it yesterday but I've been a little busy. I pulled off a couple fan leaves and the newer shoots/branches to make the plants focus on the main branches. They only have about 2 weeks left in veg and I already have my main shoots established. I need all the energy to go to those branches.

I have an AACT brewing since last night that I will use a foliar spray after lights out today. I used alfalfa meal, EWC, Peruvian seabird guano, Mexican bat guano, liquid kelp, and hi brix molasses. I need a couple more amendments but the weather has been hell here in the PDX area and my next roofing job has been pushed out till next weekend.

I always make sure my plants are healthy before I do any supercropping and pruning. I try my best to catch them when they are thriving to do this. I usually wait a couple days after I transplant supercrop and defoliate then hit them with a AACT foliar spray.

Looks like a nice run with the WTC! Wish I was out near the PDX area but unfortunately I am in a red state in the midwest USA. I can smell her through my screen. That GG4 is looking stellar also!

Thanks Rootbound! If only you weren't too far away.

The White Tahoe Cookies was an amazing strain too grow. I'm going to give her a little more nitrogen next time around. I am real happy to have her in my garden. I went into Archive Portland looking for 2 different strains and they were out! So I took her home and didn't have any idea what to expect, I had a hard time finding journals on this strain. I'm thinking she could outdo the others but I wont find out till my third run.

I'm thinking the GG4 from archive is legit. But I wouldn't know I've never had it. I have actually never had any of the strains I'm growing now that I think of it.

GG4 monsters in the making.
Not much is going on in the garden. I took these at 2 weeks into flower. I transplanted these on the 10th of March. They all rooted through in 3 weeks. I gave them 3 more days before the transplant.

I trimmed the taproot on 3 of these clones.

This one I left alone to compare the difference of root pruning on monstercropped clones.

I put 2 clones in 2 inch pots to see if I can treat these monster clones as regular clones going into veg. I left 2 clones in 4 inch pots as a control group. Also I trimmed the roots on the shorter one in the 4 inch pot. I use the 2 inch pots too build a solid rootball and keep them stunted. These wont be in there long I DO NOT want to stunt them. That's only for my moms.

This was the first 100 percent success rate I had with cloning, I'm going to reuse the fox farm light warrior that was left after breaking up the rootball. If there was root rot even on one clone I would have tossed the soil. I mixed in 1/3 mother earth performance soil, some mykos and gave it a good watering. I'm thinking the soil could work better since it has an active colony of microbes that were already working with the roots. The performance soil should keep the microbes fed until I clone my White Tahoe Cookies tonight. If this works I will only continue to do this if it speeds up the process for me in my environment. I've been keeping it moist for 2 days now, Ill keep my fingers crossed.

Happy Wednesday Farm!
I'm real close to harvest I'm finally getting cloudy trichomes with a small amount of amber and clear... I'll give it some more time, too bad its making me anxious. I was really hoping for 9 weeks but I need my conditions and regimen to be on point for that.
As I was pulling off a few fan leaves i got strong whiff of fuel. I cant wait to smoke this. My taster nug that I am drying smells more like candy. Usually I try to resist squeezing the buds but it's been 3 years, can you cut me some slack? These are hands down the most dense bugs I have ever grown. There is no squeezing these buds.

Thank you diesel! :)
I am very happy with how she turned out but I feel like I could have done something more. Or like I'm missing something. Maybe I just want to keep messing around with dirt lol I still have a lot to learn.

And yes I did, I used my phones slow mo setting. It is an s9+. I really like the Nat Geo slow mos with the predators catching their prey, so I figured I would get my own slow mo for growers haha

Doing great bro, you’ll always have in the back of your mind “I could have done something better” just remember it’s real easy to over analyze your grow. Get a set regiment that your happy with from there you can start tweaking little things here and there:)

It's a good thing growing marijuana is a lot of fun. In the end it isn't about how big and sticky your harvest was or how hard times caused a poor harvest. Its about the knowledge you gain and the journey along the way.

I hit them with the 2nd foliar feeding for the week last night. HOLY SHIT they just blew up over night.
For the veg I used 1 gal of water with,
3 TBS of earthworm castings
1 1/2 TBS of alfalfa meal
1 TBS of Hi brix molasses
1 TBS of Mexican bat guano
1 2/3 TBS of Peruvian seabird guano (I started at 1 I'm pushing this one to 2.)

The brew:
