Clones Veg Day 43:

The plants are growing slowly but Solo seems to be acting differently than the twins. Shorter spaces between nodes. Like it’s still growing in pre-veg? While the twins are growing as expected, just slower.

The basement is much cooler the last month with all the moisture and up/down weather. Maybe that’s why the thin canoe leaves?

Solo: LUX @ 30,000 set yesterday

Twins: LUX @ 35,000 set yesterday

Lettuce:

It’s doing fine but I like the old one better.

Reverse taco is usually a cause of too much nitrogen, this is my diagnosis. I’ll wait for others to chime in

Clones Veg Day 44:

Yesterday afternoon I’d had enough. The Twins are looking worse. More like Solo. So back to old ways or yank them.

Turned the Twins Photontek sq300w down to 50% 35,000 LUX.

Turned Solo 450w LED down to 30,000LUX.

I made a foliar spray of 10ml/1.5L epsom & 0.1-0.1-0.5 Karma 5ml/1.5L. Used 50% of mix on all three plants.

All three look better about 20 hours later. Still on 6/2x3 light schedule.

Removed the SCROG as they are to big now and not healthy enough to flip.

Not my best 420. Maybe next year.

Hang in there brother! Keep some extra clones growing as sometimes shit just doesn't go right. I tossed a crop back a couple months ago. Beautiful plants, you obviously know how. You've not invested 10 weeks of flower time yet.

I tossed a crop back a couple months ago. Beautiful plants, you obviously know how.

Haven’t tossed any yet. Usually give my clones away. But I’m lucky up until late Veg. Always something.

You've not invested 10 weeks of flower time yet. jj

Clones Veg Day 46:

Moisture check Tuesday. Solo should be ready by then. She seems the strongest to test on ATM.

Currently after last feeding/watering on the 16th we are at day 7. Not good. We didn’t have any run off either. Way to slow, even for Solo. I think @Goodshit97 and I got to this point in 5-6 days last time.

Twins had 5L each and Solo 7L of half base/grow. No epsom. As I was thinking of foliar later.

Two days ago I gave all a 0.5L foliar spray of 0.1-0.1-0.5 Karma & 10ml epsom per 1.5L...they perked up in a hour or two but once the humidity went down curl came back. Colour was a bit greener I thought. More camo than stripes or bleached. So did it again. Better but for not as long.

GNick has noted I’ve used to much epsom. No more foliar either, doesn’t do anything.

Two steps forward, one step back...still one step forwards.

Solo dry after 9 days, meter reading 1.

Thanks man. I would swear that a lot of green is coming back to lower leaves...but time will tell. Most leaves have recovered from the curl already.

No ones got my Sunshine Mix #4 this year.

I’m an avid promix user but this last nail was so full of gnats and white flys I was ridiculous. Just watch for them early

Any suggestions? I’m still on a fresh bale of my old stuff. I was going to use my old stuff and used soil for garden but can change that.

This is going into the garage for at least a week or two. Seal in garbage bag, spray, sacrifice chickens?

Anything to avoid another problem.

Definitely perkier! They do seem to be slightly darkening so that’s a good sign, slow and steady

I used to have problems with gnats in fox farm soils (multiple different ones) now I just mix in a 1/4 cup of DE at the beginning of the grow and during up pots and haven’t seen gnats in a few months now

And my 8 sticky traps at a time in the tent used to be full after 4-5 days before lol

Just leaving them alone. Had to move the twins light 2” higher, again. By the time the clones are healthy I won’t have room to flower.

A little deformed here and there but much better. Colour is softer but still darker than they were.

In need of a trim. Look like Emu.
