Clones Veg Day 56:

Have to keep moving the lights higher the last week. Good for health. But not sure what it says for the future.

Still checking in with GNick, Mikedin & G$.

Solo:
DFF781BE 816C 4B18 80E2 30A62E843FFD
4952D002 F40D 4CE9 BAD9 9C21FAF2630D

Twins:
0B9EC226 8C67 470C B0E3 4F59BCBD7CFB
B800AFE9 DFD3 4B62 AFED 28514F97A224

The Twins seem to have recovered faster. Following GNick’s nutrient advice. Almost the exact same as G$ but no epsom and I’m not allowed to fuck with it.

So sprouting more veggies.

Beef Steak Tomato
Sweet Red Pepper
Spinach, Bloomsdale
Garden Bean, Burpee Stringless
Onion, Green Scallion

Pop in soil tomorrow.

Clones Veg Day 59:
Just a quick vid before I make any changes. Solo isn’t keeping up.

None of them have had water/food in 12 days. But checking last night with holes in the root zone shows still a bit damp.

Fed till 1L+ for a little runoff cleaning.

Thanks man.

Goodshit97, GNick & Mikedin. I just mixed the nutrients. And tried to leave them alone.

Not done yet but the fate of one will be here by end of month. (I think Solo heard her name mentioned more than once and smartened up.)

Under the two crates is a hole waiting to be filled.

And a lawn that needs to be cut. Wifey killed the mower. Anyone know a good reliable push mower? She doesn’t like assisted.

Defenitly major improvements, can’t wait to see what that solo does outside in the hole, might have a monster on your hands, gunna be a 2.5+ month vegged plant out there to start the season

Clones got started long ago. Moved to 3Gal pots December 18. Plan was to flower in March. Day count is when I started to veg in preparation to flower.

Lots of fan leaves there. I was under the thought they should be thinned out regularly. I'm new to this, so ... just wondering?

I’m only using one journal for all my grows rather than one each. Easier to look up.

These clones are from before December. I was about to flip in SCROG when they got a deficiency.

It took low light, low feeding, and no stress to bring them back. No touching until last weekend. I removed half the bad and extra foliage then. I’ll finish this weekend as long as they stay healthy.

Otherwise you’re right. The middle foliage should be removed to reduce the chance of mold. Drove me nuts to ignore it. 🤣

Tell me more about your drying/curing room. I'm on my first effort and about 2 weeks away from flipping.
I wanted to use my second tent. Pretty much the best and easy option to control the environment.

My main floor office closet was great until fall. Temps and humidity I could no longer control.

I tried the basement bathroom again but put a shower curtain rod across the middle. End to end. On this I hung a 6 section hanging net herb dryer. Then closed the curtain. I put a clip fan on the curtain bar to circulate the air.

If I needed humidity I’d just close the sink and fill with hot water. To much humidity I’d just turn on the vent fan.

It works but only because we have two bathrooms. Not the most convenient but handy.

The last method was suggested by Stonemason7787. It’s based on the Lotus method. You put the buds into a paper bag with a hygrometer and put it in the refrigerator. It’s best if you do it right away and then just check and burp the bags daily.

I tried combinations of bathroom & fridge and so far it’s slower but the smell and taste is much better.

These are jars of the last harvest. Each is more refrigerated then the next. Still curing the last two.

Hope that helps.

Do a search for Lotus Cure.
