Thanks man. Took a little longer than expected.Hell yeah.
Good it took 13 days. Got rid of paper bags and added tiny dehumidifier.i Should have got a thermoelectric whine cooler.no compresser makes for no humidity swings i guese.but it's working.@Stonemason7767
Thanks!
Just checked the new stuff...nice...smell is amazing! The refrigerator has me sold if it’s repeatable.
I’ve dried 3 different ways with this top down harvest. Each one building off the last. It’s not a perfect test, for so many reasons, but it is enough for my purposes.
A Hygrometer is in each bag or jar and jars have one or two RH 58% packs each.
1. Trimmed of fan leaves but left on stems. Air dry for a week in shower rack trying to keep at 60/60. Then move to paper bag for 24-48 hours in refrigerator. Once it hit RH 56% right away I Jared it. But it took another week of burping before stabilizing at RH 62%. Just removed from stem with buds a little crisp but sticky soft inside Monday. Ran out of room so had to final harvest. Harvested March 22, 13 days ago.
2. Second harvest 1 week after first. These went straight to paper bag and refrigerator. Air on counter in morning and night for a while then back into fridge. After two days humidity in bags staying in 60-70%. Then high 50’s following day. After a week needed the fridge for the next crop. Moved to jars. Over night it goes back to 80-99%. Open jars at least twice a day with fan blowing. Smell is getting better, less green. Waiting to hit 68% without overnight spike.
3. Last harvest went straight to paper bags. Air 2 or 3 times a day on counter in front of fan then back in fridge. Fan blows across open bag, not into bag. Then back on fridge. Two out of three bags hit 70’s but one stays in 90’? This happened last time too. DKW? Will keep these in the refrigerator at least another week. We’ll see what wifey says about that.
If nothing else it’s keeping things much slower and steady. Even the shower method needed help. But if this turns out better than the first one I’ll keep doing it.
Need more jars.
How’s yours coming?
How long before a reasonable sample?Good it took 13 days. Got rid of paper bags and added tiny dehumidifier.i Should have got a thermoelectric whine cooler.no compresser makes for no humidity swings i guese.but it's working.
Damnit I was just thinking how to build a 2x4 scrog for a single plant and now I know haha, hardware store here I come lolNeeded to make a few changes.
SCROG table 2.0:
1. Used shower curtain rings to hold net.

Liked the ones that lock closed.

2. Offset the legs so they can fold.

3. Couplings let me add extensions.

5. None of it is glued. It’s held together by friction and tension on the net.
Since all the parts are interchangeable I can use them to make a double stack or two separate SCROG for each tent.
I want to make at least one platform for the top “+” so I can attach a place for small plants. Like lettuce.![]()
Don’t get the real hard plastic rings. You want ones that won’t snap under strain.Damnit I was just thinking how to build a 2x4 scrog for a single plant and now I know haha, hardware store here I come lol
I’ll have to upgrade the rings. But just got home hahaDon’t get the real hard plastic rings. You want ones that won’t snap under strain.
Couldn’t get any 4 ways so I’m improvising, but its going awesome will put the full build on my grow log bottom rack is done doing. The top now then just gotta put on legs and top adapters and the netI use + (plus shape) from the water section so I can double stack.

I didn’t list parts or measurements as no one seemed interested. Sorry.
I use 3/4 for strength as I hang things all the time or put trimmers in the holes to hold them.
Each leg gets one cap for foot, one coupling in case of extra length, and one + for connecting the leg and optional second table.
I don’t glue as it holds itself together, for now.
Just offset one set of legs or it won’t fold together flat.
Here it is at US store;
Cool.Just waiting on net tomorrow and I’ll put that together then I just gotta wait to cut the legs when I have a good height![]()
Already up on my topic haha, will adjust more as needed but wanted to make a nice tabletop scrog mine gives me a few inches clearance on each side I made it about 43 1/2” so I’ll have 2-3 inches on each side of the table but I liked it because I can access the full front of the plant and pot for top dressing, the plants that will be in front of it will just be in pots I can move aroundCool.
My frame is approximately 2’10” square to fit in a 3x3 space.
The offset legs also allow my 6” booster fan clearance at the bottom right of the door for the leg.
DIY is all about necessity. Mod away my friend.
Just post the final product so we can go ooow and aaaw. Seeing what you did.![]()
