I think it's still ongoing, I haven't been able to find anything about a court ruling or jury decision on it.

It appears that I am the only woman here who sees this is a male thing, a young male thing. I can't be the only person who has encountered teenaged boy-men who are frightening, or threatening, can I? Or adult men who are just completely full of themselves. Perhaps that hits too close to the mark, but for me it's all about testosterone and how it causes men to lose their reasoning abilities.

And, I know it sounds sexist, but my God, as a woman I've spent my entire life hearing about women's hormones, "She's hormonal" and shit like that. They're quite powerful (hormones), so, why not also applicable to men? How do we know this wasn't a case of the both of them squaring off with each other here, quien es mas macho?

Why is the all-female jury a problem? Would there be such an issue being brought up if it were an all-male jury?

Yea I never said anything about it good or bad, just said I didn't see if the defense ever used his tweets (god I hate that word, tweets, when i hear it now it is so dumb) or text messages about smoking pot and making Lean. I think they avoided character assassination because they did not even need to, but there's really only one kind of person who likes lean and that is rap fans who seek to emulate their idols, who are not the most admirable of people.

There is way more leaking out about those Tweets and Text Msgs. that is Damming to put it mildly but I won't comment on what I can't corroborate... Time will tell because it will go public with law suits flying... NBC is Expected to settle with Zimmerman Attorneys to avoid an embarrassing trial that they (NBC) stand "No Chance" of winning...
