Treated one plant in Superthrive. Recommended dose for thirty minute soak is 1oz/20gal. Girl is in a 4". No change in appearance 2 days later.

Next feed is gonna be interesting. Got a bottle of cycoXL. Some crazy shit from what I've heard. She'll get that. Lol.

SuperThrive is NAA not IBA. Try using IBA and see if there is an improvement.

Seamaiden, some labs don't want to be publicly listed. It will be hard to make a list and I worry that some will stop accepting samples if too many people email about cannabis testing.

Oh... wow, that's a real shame. This would explain why folks like We are DIYing it. You would think that between the current socio-political climate and real cash money they'd want to take our fucking money, though. Seriously.

Even most banks wont touch pot money, thats why most clubs deal with cash.

Unfortunately cannabis is still schedule I federally, and since most labs receive funding from national institutions/private organizations they can't touch it. Lots of regulation to deal with in labs...then of course, there's the actual scientists too...

Do you folks think that the labs' stance will shift with the paradigmatic shift we're seeing nationally? Sorry for the digression, but I have a feeling this has been happening for a while and folks don't realize what's going on. When, not if, the whole game is opened up legally, then I'm sure there are more folks than just myself who'd like to be able to send tissue samples off to a lab to be tested for diseases, 'cides', etc.

Yeah it's already shifting Seamaiden. Private labs are sometimes willing to take samples which wasn't the case years ago. I assume that shortly after cannabis is rescheduled we will be able to consistently take advantage of State agricultural extension offices and their testing services.

Maybe someone should sit down with the cannabis labs (SC, 360 analytical, steep hill, etc.) and convince them it's a worthy business move.

Ok, so on another site someone posted about harpin proteins, sold by the brand Axiom. It stimulates the plants immune system and can lead to a plant more capable of fending off disease, and another brand, Regalia, has shown positive results with FUSARIUM!

Looking around and researching harpin proteins brought me to this:

http://www.marronebioinnovations.co...ads/2012/10/Regalia_SoilApplications_2012.pdf

Regalia is an extract of giant knotweed and is used as a soil drench and foliar.

Regalia® controls Fusarium on tomatoes when applied through drip irrigation.

I ordered some, this place has it for $101 shipped

you can order regalia direct from marrone bioinovations, i think i paid about $80 shipped.

regalia is awesome, i think my bed room that had 30% dud plants put in might actually turn out good. most of the dud plants turned around real quick and have big normal foliage now. they weren't the worst full blown dud plants to begin with though.

I hit em @ 15ml/gal twice, 14 days apart. recommended rate is between 7 and 21ml/gal IIRC.

Marrone needs to work on their SEO then, I could not find that they even had it for sale! Oh well, $20 is NOTHING if it works on this crap.

Did you do a soil drench at 15 mL/gal? Have you used it as a foliar?

to everyone else I just sent away eight samples. three infected samples, three healthy samples from the same batch, a control sample, and an infected sample from the crown of the root. the strains being tested are both strains I or a friend started from seed and have not been circulated, and samples were taken from the stem, leaf, and a slice from the main trunk near the crown.

Took a while to get the test I wanted...all sorts of people want to charge for one test or another, I got together with some scientists working with hemp who are going to do full DNA sequencing on each sample, so instead of testing for a handful of organisms we'll be getting charts back listing what each strand of DNA sequenced belonged to. Next round of tests will all be soil and tea tests, really excited for those but still a month or so out.

well hows that action over there in lab land?
