Aye happy them volcano's are expensive new he's been wanting to sell his for a while I might offer him a oner for it its good for night time on the sofa I was wrecked lol...fitting my filter tonight is gonna be fun can't wait lol

Weight gainer n protein I get the 5kg 90+ she's cheap full of sugar but good n mass gainer basically cabs (which are very important as we don't want u going catabolic n losing what little muscle u have. N creatine if u wanna workout n not just gain weight n that's all I use n buy on ebay 1kg of creatine on ebay is like 15 max n in Holland n barrettes tis like 18 quid for 30 capsules lol madness btw creatine let's u go longer n recover better ur body naturally produced it n it's 100000% safe

Add whole milk with ur shakes n half an avacado (lots of cals n great fats not to mention more potassium as a banana-potassium does the opposite to salt it pushes out all the excess water so it can make u Lea er but too much is a no no-)

U still have to watch what u do with them,nothins harmless,i used the gaspari stuff,whey protein etc,theres another product to called nitrous oxide,helps ur muscles pump,what a workout with it,superpump was the one I used,not steroids,crazy,76

See thats another fucked up thing,i dont like veg except maybe mashed tatties and beans but they hardly count do they?and i dont eat a lot of fruit either.see wen actually think about it im suprised im still here.my whole family does my box in wen i see them now"you,v lost more weight" "your lookin thin" blah blah.im i like (said like a trashy bitch) "your just mad coz im skinny"

Yea,i was the same,i stopped smoking for a year,went to gym,looked like a bouncer!started smoking again after a personal loss,but yea I was quite big,about 5\6 year ago iv shrunk again but im still. Bigger than I was,it was like a wee holiday!lol,76

No baccor in the joints. I dont smoke joints that often. Last few days I've hardly smoked any weed. Lungs cant handle it right now. If i start coughing i cant stop. Kinda scary actually. Thought about e cigs but dont wanna trade one habit for another. I guess i gotta just white knuckle it. Do u smoke cigs haps?

Yes i do and im in the same boat as yyou.can hardly breath.iv smoked for a good bit more of my life than i havnt smoked.started smoking full time at 12.(thats fuckin crazy.the thought of my wee one smoking in 7 years is just too scary)im busting to stop but im a coward.

Thats the same reason i haven't at least tried to quit cuz im scared to fail. Do they have Marlboros in Scotland?

that's why you lot need some vapes I have the arizer solo which is a portable one and for my plug in unit I have a e nano from epicvape both are really tasty , with these vapes I notice flavour that wasn't there when I was combusting it , they are both around £140 2 of the best things I have ever brought

no buddy I use them both for weed and hashs if you need to quit the tobacco get a ecig with some strong eliquid like 12mg , that's what my mrs did and now down to 6mg e liquid and not smoked for over a year
