ahah, yeah you are right Mars G, she's slower buuut...the buds have really a strong smell,and touching it i can feel it really dense! probably not a big harvest but great quality :P

this was my biggest complaint, the first suggestion to my issue was to send me parts. why should i have to fix my own light, thats not a warranty. i dont even know how to fix lights but even if i did the customer shouldnt have too. anyways i hope you get sorted but in the end one of two things will happen. you will have to send it out and wait weeks or they will send you parts, no way will you get a replacement.

@MarsG was right, we did settle our dispute, but i will add that im not 100% happy about the outcome. i really just dont have much choice in the matter, it was clear it was her way or the highway and i just dont have anymore energy to fight over $200, they win. i got 1 new panel out of the deal so im cutting my losses and moving on. the other panel was sent back to me and i dont even think it was inspected. the screws on the panel look like there new from the factory and have not been touched by a screwdriver if that makes sense ?

i learned a valuable lesson and i hope my situation may help someone getting ready to make a bad purchase. i did in fact apologize to mars and that was for the way i acted. regardless of my emotions i should have kept cool but i didnt so for that i am sorry. it still doesnt change the facts, the fact is, mars hydro advertises a warranty that they do not honor. if they were honest up front and made there actual warranty process clear to all new customers i think they would find that people would not purchase there products. if i could go back i never would have bought them.

another thing i see is this, mars is obviously upset with you for your old youtube video but that doesnt warrant name calling ant threats to you, its not very professional on her part at at all. at the end of the day, i hope @logic reads this entire thread and gives a second thought about who is allowed to vend here. i know business is business, but its obvious mars is misrepresenting there warranties/products and taking advantage of people. the only reason i bought these versus apache is i figured they had a hell of a warranty and for the price i couldnt lose, boy was i wrong. you get what you pay for.

They don't even have any repair center here anymore. I just want this light fixed it's under warranty. I can't see why you guys are tripping I didn't smash this one like I did the other one but what am I gonna do with a broken light that they won't fix and it's under warranty. I wish you guys good luck when it fails and I have proof of the convo I had with them. I know to document what they say dealing with them. They point blank lied about me and that will not work anymore. How am I bad talking them when I said the light broke and it's under warranty? And you guys talk shit about me and I have a valid point come on guys really? What would you do if you are in my shoes? Just get taken?

Come on man why even talking hate if I can remember you hated LED what happened? why are you saying my tent was 120 degrees when it wasn't? Why lie? We will see when you buy those Mars lights which I know you are not going to buy.

@MarsG why won't you guys honor your warranty?

I just want my light fixed not me fixing it what happen to the warranty it's under?

It's much worse for me than you I was banned from 420mag for them lying and now I'm not smashing the light I'm dissecting it and giving it a quick autopsy and I found out 1 issue they have and won't say I'll let them screw themselves over with the lies. The autopsy is being recorded and will be on YouTube in parts I'm gonna drop the first one in a bit stay tuned. One thing I will say is that they are using a very low grade thermal paste. Here's their 700-750ma drivers that are not top quality. Mars you should have fixed my lights. I've done some testing of the drivers and nothing is wrong with them it's in the PCB board

Mars Hydro might not be perfect now, as a company based in China, we are trying our best to make good cooperations with foreign offices or shops. We have learnt some lessons, so we are correcting us and trying to be better. Every process takes some time, but I promise Mars Hydro is always responsible for every customer. I believe one day we will be more developed and will make all the customers happier :)

No your not you didn't want to fix my light and I've done some testing and I should have had my light replaced instead of getting the run around. You shouldn't have lied about me.



And stop saying I work for a company trying to lie like your warranty that you don't stand by. I know another customer had a problem like me just yesterday, is he working for a company as well?

I can't hold it anymore but the main problem Mars has is their heat sinks but I will let them figure it out. The Cree Pro series has very low bins not top bins but nice try fooling people, buy at your own risk. I wish I was a company because I wouldn't have bought 5 Mars lights.

Please feel free to contact me at any time, with your any question. But we will never waste time on anyone who is just trying to attack us with his own selfish intention.

I also hope everyone here can be more rational to believe some words.

Even tho this thread is about indoor grow, but I believe we r just like everyone else, felt shocked and terrible about the terrorist attack happened in Paris 2 days ago, also the attacks in other countries ... It's terrifying, ISIS is terrible for all the crimes they have made to whole world, they r enemies with human civilization.

Wish the innocent victims went to heaven, wish the peace in this world...
