Got some yellow leaves from a little dehydration. Gotta water every two days now, i think itll slow down once i get my RH up like power was saying, slows down their metabolism. Things are developing faster than last round tho. This new 600w is really plumpin my ladies up quick!
Respect.

I'm in this so that I can have better quality smoke and not have to endure the moldy local brick (like I had to do tonight) and save money in the process.

You'd be surprised how much they charge for this schwag, which as you can see, is not exactly "sinsemilla", hehe.

I wondered myself many times... actually just yesterday I was trying to crush the ones I got and I couldn't. My theory is that the seeds, or at least this landrace's beans, have an internal air chamber that makes them resilient to pressure. Sort of like an egg when you press along the axis. This particular landrace sativa has super tough shells, it's like strong wood with a kevlar varnish added, hehe. It's incredibly compressed... I guess the resin, fiber and buds combine to make it into a wood conglomerate of sorts.

Too bad the Interwebs does not allow me to share the aroma of this gourmet landrace with you guys, but then again this delish is not available in North America so I'm saving you the cravings. It has a delicious bouquet, as you break it up you are greeted with this incredible vile ammonia and then comes this blast of green mold which hits your nostrils and you pray burning the joint would destroy the noxious spores. And the smoke is superb, imagine breathing in a bag of super stale Wonderbread that went neon green with mold in the basement of a marshy Florida log cabin in the middle of August, to the point where even the slices have streaks like blue cheese... yummy!
whatta fucking picture you painted!!! I really feel im there with you!!! That shit is just so gross im not sure i wouldn't gag and throw up after hitting that shit!

culled a male out of some gu's f1 stardawg hybrids. haven't felt like trashing it so it got stuck net to window and is absolutely thriving on neglect. is f1 pollen worth collecting and storing?

It depends on what your goals are. Are there traits in the male that you would like to see passed on to it's progeny?(i.e- an aroma you like, Flower formation ,faster finisher, etc) f1's of polyhybrids should give you a wide range of phenotypic expressions in it's offspring. I Would keep it just for shits and giggles but that's just me.

hey @SeaF0ur or @Pimp T

Are either of you familiar with malted buckwheat? You think I should bubble it at all or just blend and mix with water and maybe a lil fulvic??...I guess maybe @LadyL.Bean might be able to help me out too...Just wondering bc sometimes with the malted barley i got i do it both ways sometimes just ground up and in water other times i bubble it for 3-4hrs tops...I got that white proso millet malt too and thats about 1cup/5gal....

@Lazerus00 you should be fine without bubbling it, you're just looking for enzyme content.

With malted barley there's no microbes to multiply or nutrients to extract!

Edit: saw after I posted you wrote buckwheat. I'm pretty sure it's still just the enzymes you are getting

@lemons it goes without saying that the traits you want may not be present in much of the offspring. Just depends if your pollen donor is dominant/recessive for that trait. Texas kid posted several good threads from dj short and chimera in the breeders forum. You should check them out.

@FidelCastro bro you still smoke that stuff after the ammonia and mold smell gags you?! I don't understand how you could want to smoke so bad that you smoke basically mold and dirt, you are making my lungs hurt just thinking about it!

@Tnelz I hope you were talking about sending him seeds. SAVE HIM! :)
