Seeing @Power OG with mars, kinda pushed me towards this 700 W. light, it was killing for me up until Monday.
Nice looking ladies! Both of ya!

Peace

There decent, I'm not gonna say they don't work, I was fairly happy with mine too. They don't yield no where near what HID would though and I don't really see much Savings, especially if they don't last. I spent half the money on a new HID setup and have a 5 year warranty. If something is wrong with the ballast I can actually go see a real person and exchange it the same day. I dunno, different strokes for different folks. Good luck to you bro

So @MarsG how do I track a package from your site when I didn't make an account and bought as a guest? I made an account and there is no where to enter the tracking number

@riden2low , is that cree128?

Went into the Mars site to see if the discount was still going until Nov 30th. But I guess they took down the 10% for Cyber Monday.
sorry had a couple of days off, miss you guys and sorry for the late reply, my apologies

We set the discount for two days after taking time difference into consideration, will recommend Cyber Monday next time and keep you guys informed before it ends, happy growing and enjoy weekend Riden:fire::fire::fire:warm up lol

Working to get my new LED bank shipped. 8 month old unit. Flower light. Doh!
I am truly sorry for this paper, sorry for my late help for this, had several days off, we can have it repaired for you in our center or if you are using it currently, we can also help send you parts if you want to do it yourself, also PMed you please check and please don't worry, I got this

That blows @paper dragon hopefully it doesn't take forever to get it sorted out. Things like this I never really considered when I bought mine. If you had a HID light you would be switching bulbs and that's that. Good luck to you
please don't worry, it's our responsibility to take care of you and your lights, we will always stand behind our words and make it right for you according to our warranty, sorry for my late response again, my sincere apologies to all my friends here

Well, if they actually lasted the 100,000 hours that they advertise, these would be great. And I would probably get more than just the one.

the using time may differ depending on different grow environment, we all know that the wet grow environment is not very ideal for the light, we test our lights in our factory everyday, anything we will take care of that please don't worry, I am here to help all of you, no worries

Nothing is as advertised, that's why there not gonna find many repeat customers. I only bought two and there collecting dust because I may as well run a HPS if I'm gonna be dealing with heat.
Wait until they tell you there just gonna send you replacement diodes for you to solder yourself LOL. That's some stellar warranty service isn't it

yes east we ship parts for our customers before since we had no center at that time, so figured out it's the best way we can work out, fortunately with our continuous attempts and mutual efforts, we have almost every warehouse country with repair center, only are still looking one for Canada, but as long as it's within our warranty, we will move heaven to earth to find the best solution possible.

we don't have many repeat customers because when they buy from us again, we take them not only as customers but also as mars friends

we are making progress bit by bit but we are improving;)

Or you send it back on your dime, and be without a light for a month.
please don't worry paper, we will pay the shipping if it's our responsibility according to our warranty. our repair time normally takes around 3 days, but we cannot sure about the shipping time, and if you are using the light we also provide the option, that if you could find a local electronic shop for repair and will pay for the repair fee according to warranty and also provide free parts.we also made youtube video to teach how to repair and also provide pics instruction, could you please kindly check your PM and I am terribly sorry for all inconvenience caused due to my absence, will help handle this asap for you

This is the best way we can work out, and we are open to your suggestions for better solution, after all two minds smarter than one, sorry again for the inconvenience paper

From their website......

Because we have repair centers located in the USA, UK, Germany, Australia and Canada, there is no difficulty in arranging for repairs to be carried out under the terms of the warranty.

I'm so happy that I don't have Mars; If it was free, then okay maybe.
yes thanks indica:D yes we have centers in US, UK,DE, AU and CZ still looking for one in Canada, will try harder and get one soon please my friends kindly give us some time, won't let you down

They actually paid for my shipping but I had to argue a bit. I also had to put money to it because the wrong label was sent twice so I just went with it and paid the difference, I was only out $9.
In the end I was told nothing was wrong with my lights which I don't believe LOL but it's over now so the hell with it. It was a long waste of time. Either way it took weeks to handle so that alone is enough for me to say never again.
I'm glad though things happened how they did, I actually saved a friend of mine from buying a few thousand dollars worth of panels. Technology can be a great thing but my advice to anyone reading this would be to stick with what's proven and spend your money wisely

i am sorry for the time spent on this east, we always handle repair this way: get enough info(purchase date, light model, problems and customer's shipping info and the solution he would prefer) and then we process right away and as fast as we can. For our repair center, it's still at the early stage, and due to time difference, sometimes we cannot communicate and update promptly even though we shared on google drive to better help, yet prompt communication for info and tech-related matter still needed. we keep the repair time around 3 business days, but we cannot guarantee the shipping time, it may happen rarely parts running out in center, we always make sure enough parts stocked there but sometimes due to large workload he may forget to inform us in time, will also cause some delay too, that's why we have two centers in US as a start, so we can choose the closet and fastest service, everything is hard in the beginning especially when we are working domestically and need to do a lot of research before we finally set up one center, we need to make sure reliable source with the ability to provide effective service, all I ask is please kindly give us some time, we are working, we are not just saying, but sometimes one success come after many times of attempts

Technically that's true , they can ARRANGE to have repairs done no problem but that doesn't make things happen any quicker LOL. 3-4 weeks to have a warranty repair done is complete crap but it's there way of doing things I guess. It was a expensive lesson for me but I'm glad it's over now. Almost harvest time , much denser this time growing under a quality light
