Summertime Blues? Not Round Here!

That's a dream to start an outside grow like that. Bout to get my feet wet this year. When do you recommended starting inside for outside. I know its gonna depend on weather but how long do you veg before you take outside and transplant?

Also keep in mind when you have your season starts started indoors, be sure to season/harden off the plants when transferring to outside. Get them acclimated slowly at first to be sure they can take the weather and the strength of the sun & temp changes. Go slow and surely you will be rewarded!!!

Definitely so..one week worth of being outdoor but shaded most of the time notin direct sunlight and good to roll..
Smaller plants and clones have to baby the most even when u feel they're ready make sure to check on them frequently they're first few direct sunlight days.
It's hard to detail every tip man I need to get better at thst!! One more really quick is prior to planting in your desired area "watch the sun"
That means go to your desired spot when sun rises,a couple hours later,couple later throughout the day and see how the sun hits your spot.
Waaaay back when I was guerrilla growing down the Arkansas river,prepared the spot (was winter time) came back in summer and learned the hard way the sun travels a different path in winter/summer.lol
Had to cut down like 10 massive pine trees with a axe because chainsaw wasn't a option in that location.

Can do that but not necessary.as long as it's time june10 around here they will not flip.
B4 June 10 around here and could definitely start flowerin which sux man because then has to revegg and that's precious time lost!!
So naw don't worry about mimicking exactly and I'd personally run them 16/8 and neeeeeevvvveeerrr plant outdoor b4 your areas time.If not sure your locations time then definitely find out!
Some places I hear it's all the way like June 25.make sure man, u want them vegging hardcore as possible any delay like that will dramatically affect how big your plants get.and that's never cool:)

LOL yup been there done that as well....... The sun tracking thing....... Much different during summer months. Live n learn!!

3 months and a week until go outside this is gonna be a monster west coast sour diesel bush.stay on top of your topping game and they really start to fill out.they are stretchy usually but have really been keeping up with these.... (super cropping-topping-bending) couple weeks will probably start tieing to.
It's amazing how a person can really sculpt the plant into exactly what they want out of it.I see plants 6 ft tall regularly that don't have as many tops than that little sour d that's only around 14 inch tall.
I only sell the tops and wax pile the rest so definitely try to get as many tops as possible.

If only I had that kind of room.

I'm guessing if I have 4 plants (1 per sq ft).
I may only be able to mainline 4 main cola's ea.
Without overcrowding.

Wish I could do more.
But I just need to maximise the space I've got.

Mainline great for filling scrog nets and or indoor growing in general brother can't go wrong with that!
If prepping for outdoor though this style always worka great for me.again tho I'm by no means a badass:)
That's a -kong- I just finished topping.when it recovers in a couple days it'll have 30 tops and it's only around 8 inches tall.
Next round of topping will give 60 tops all in a compact form.My style is --- not trying to grow them massive indoor but rather set them up to be massive out door--

I have had terrible luck with BOG genetics. How about you? I see they are on your list, have you grown them outdoors before? I have tried sour bubble, grape punch, and lifesaver and only the lifesaver was above average IMO.

From seed I top the 3rd node top..then remove the bottom one...then u have to basically understand that some u need to stretch some not..when u understand that you'll know which ones to top when..so if certain ones need to catch up don't top yet and top higher node branches..
Keeping in mind you want tops and not a bunch of energy stealing/ sub par buds you can see what needs to be done..
