Good evening all farmers! ;) It's been a rocky year but we're all still alive and safe (I hope). Tonight, Blue (still between Apollo or Discovery… {lost a family member who died in Challenger-Judy Resnik god rest her soul, I even watched the ship blow up on live tv I was 5 years old in kindergarten:sweating:} ) might have as Discovery ;) .

On another note, all 3 are going to have their first feed after the lights are off. Light feeding, 4ml/gal for all nutrients Mills A,B and Start R. I'll post them up shortly. :)

I was in elementary school when the challenger flight ended in tragedy. I remember watching in school and being so sad for all of the passengers. Things like that remind us how frail life can be.

Gooood Morning THCFarmers!! :cool:
It's been a bit since I've been in, but I'm still kickin' :)
It has gotten down right cold, the wind going @ 20+ mph, and the normal temp is 27º, with a wind chill at 10º and less outside. Snow is on the way, just north from where I'm at, and there are lots of it on the way. My wife, Charm (our cat), and I are nice and warm inside, safe and sound. I hope everyone is doing as well.

On to the garden. I have acquired an orchid who was on the brink of devastation, and I'm doing the best to bring life back into her. The lights for Discovery, Tree Tails (the yellow one), and Red (still don't have a name for her), are doing wonderfully for it, I can even see tiny buds for flowers on the orchid. The girls are doing excellent, the spot they are growing is starting to look like a little forest lol. The snow pea is doing well in the DWC, the dill and basil are doing well- the basil is doing better than the dill, flowering like crazy. (I'll post a pic of that shortly) The jade is doing very well considering she took a tumble and I had to trim her, and the bonsai has bigger leaves I ever saw. (Also will post :) )

Discovery is 13" tall, ~10" wide, Tree Tails is 1' tall, amazingly 14" wide, Red is 10" tall, ~9" across.

Fun stuff Foxlink, I see that you have a Orchid under the lights. My wife has Orchids and has found that they do not like being in direct light and need very little water to be happy.

Well shit… I ended up in the frickin' ER, then spent almost a week there due to AMMONIA poisoning, FROM my damn AED's. Keppra almost fucking killed me. I also have lost 2 of my babies, the only one left is Discovery, and she has been bolted (dammit). So, she has to recover again and I need some help as to wtf I need to due to help her again. She's now growing well, but no buds or anything. I'll post pics in a little while, I'm still shaky from the hospital, so please forgive my long time… :(

Thank God I'm still around, a bit really still shaky, the med that I've been on (Keppra) had made ammonia in my bloodstream so high up (the amount was almost number of 90, the normal is supposed to be ~20 at the highest)and my liver and kidneys couldn't get rid of it. :cry: I am doing better, but the assholes in the docs want me to go back under the knife and to put me on another medicine:mad: my thoughts on this, is hell no. I'm tired of being their guinea pig, and I'm done with it. Even my wife doesn't want me to. If Mother Earth has a natural way to stop my seizures (which she has), I'm going that way. No more 'lets try another med' or 'we have another surgery to try'. Sorry for posting a bad thing like this, but I just can't deal with what almost kill me and it was a medicine supposed to help me. I hope next year will be better, and that's same for everyone here as well.

Frustrated- I'm so tired of 2016, I'm ready for 2017 will be a better year-for everyone. I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while, first my wife ends up in ER in a hospital I can't get to and when she finally gets home, I end up in ER. I've lost 2 of my girls because of me not there, and Discovery is slowly starting to grow again. It almost looks like she hasn't grown much since my last picture, but it's hard to tell.

Thanks for checking on me, I'm still recovering from the ammonia poisoning, just mad as hell because the keppra almost killed me :mad::fire:…

I'll catch up some how, I'm not down & out. :cool:

She's got a little sunburn on ~4 or 5 leaves, but it's not hurt her. I put one 6500K light in, and that's what burned her. So, I took it out and let the PowerVeg lights do their job. :)
