Should I flush tomorrow before tea? So the tea of EWC and microbes with dolomite lime is ok to give them Tomorrow? or start a new tea tonite without dolomite?
I was not planning on nutes tomorrow.
I have a ph pen but not sure it works but was told earlier in thread no need to ph so I did not order another ph monitor. They must have only meant with tea. I bought a soil tester but unless it just happens my tester is set and soil is 7 as well it does not work.

I would just add the tea tomorrow, no flush. The dolemite lime should be just fine, hard to burn with it. I think str8 was thinking this is ocean forest and thats why he said no ph. Happy frog is a soiless mix like coco. You will def want to ph. Wish was saying if you dont have a pen he can tell you how much nutes to add to get the desired ph. It will come out the same as long as you measure right. I would at least buy the drops or a cheap pen to get you in range if cash is a prob. Its not 7, its more like 4.8 ph. Can your pen be calibrated?

I have the drops and the pen has a calibrating button that sends it to 6.86 whenever you push it I will try the button when in distilled water. then use it to gauge. I didn't figure Wisher could tell me how much of the nutes I have on hand. The problem plants have stopped growing and the biggest pot doesn't seem as dry as others.

I have to get to bed but will read here before watering tomorrow.

then when we get the nutes we will go from there
in the meantime make sure your ph meter/pen works
that is all we are gonna need
do you have a local hydro or grow store?
if so General Hydroponics makes a really cheap kit...like $12.00 for ph up ph down and a drops tester
we will get you swuared away and you will be fine

Hey all Thank you for the help last night. I watered everyone down with the tea. I dropped my stand support on its side, now I have plenty of room to move the lights as needed.

I swapped out the bulbs to HPS and said a little prayer They have 1200w covering the 5x5 area.

Little ugly has been growing and looks better. The main cola top died when it was at its worst so it has dual tops now maybe it will make a bowl of two if it will flower. Everything but the two Speed bud has flowers started.
I checked usps for my Maxibloom tracking but only get this "This service is temporarily unavailable-AK1213."

Most everywhere has a walmart or ace hardware with pool test strips... its an easy way to double check.... not super accurate but youll see if its way off

Well the Maxibloom showed up today but it will be at least Saturday I think before they are ready for water. The same 2 plants are the biggest concern. The 1 is the thickest stem and tallest of all the plants but its leaves are progressively getting worse from bottom up. 1 leaf on another plant also is showing a little Ca def. Neither the Auto Speed Bud have even started to flower and I think its the Ca def causing stress causing it

to 1gal of water add level tsp (teaspoon) of Maxibloom and mix until well incorperated ...then check ph...add ph up or down intil you get to between 5.8-6.2 then water to runoff

the problem is there is a myth that you should feed with a high ph in so called "Organic" media
but you arent using a "Living Soil" and so you should be feeding proper to a soilless media
but mis-information compounds over time
