Warm the plate in the microwave, chuck on the bud, and micro for 30 seconds at time until it's dry enough to burn, it's not the best method, but it's a fast way to get a dry bud to test. lol

Throw it in a paper bag overnight don't nuke it, but I think I may have back in the day so I can't say shit.

Last update pics. They will be going into a 48hr dark period, then chopped and hung. The buds are not as big as l would have liked, but they are firm and frosty. I’m not disappointed, I just know I can do better. There were a few mistakes made, but half the fun is trial and error, and learning to do better next time. Already have the next set of clones vegging :) Trichs are cloudy/clear and I’m ok with that. I’m hoping they will cloud up more over the next 2 days. I’ll post up the weight and trimmed pics after drying.

We're our own worst critics. Think you'll be satisfied with the end product. Don't get impatient with the dry and cure. Very important. And yes, there's always next time. Lol. Looks like a good run man.

I’m afraid the fade would be into the sugar leaf in another week. I’m probably just being overly critical. They’re going to be fine.

My 11wk Deathstar had just a little fade into the bud. That was pushing it. Have you thought to harvest at different dates? (I may have said this before on this thread?) If you harvest at weekly internals starting on the 8wk mark this allows you to compare harvest dates. Knowing what works best for that strain will give you a baseline flowering period for future runs off the same strain. Ultimately, we're talking the chemistry of the resin glands. A magnifier and e good eye will tell.

That’s a good idea, but I dry in my flower tent. So I have to take them all down together.

Humidity was about 60% week 1-6. Week 7&8 dropped it to 55%. Then to 50% week 9&10. I use a humidity controller connected to an exhaust fan to control RH. I manage the air temp in the room the tent is in to control temps.

I do bubble some water with Epsom salt in the veg area to bump humidity up a bit.

I think the 2 week flush is really going to make this batch taste amazing. I just stuck my head in the tent, and I have zero hay smell. Doesn’t smell like cut grass at all, I just smell the dank! I’m excited to spark this up in a few weeks.
