Evening tokers and growers. The mini jungle is nearing it's peak, and no problems or defs. :)
I'm having a re-think about which plants to flower? I was going for a one strain scrog, but looking at the plants, they all seem to be around the same in growth, so maybe a mixed six plant scrog might be a better plan. If I flower 3 of the JH's I want, I could flower three of the others along side them.

Alas, only mixed apple wine, around 2lb of sugar to one gallon, so it won't be knock out, but I do like a glass of wine with a bong. lol

Time waits or no man as they say, and it's true. Still not had time to finish sorting out my old veg space, so decided to build a new two tier veg space, one tier for cuttings and seeds, and one for bringing on plants destined for flower. But as we all know, family commitments and BBQ's with buddies over rides most things, and why not. lol The veg space is nearly there, the cabinet is sorted, just two more sets of doors to make and fit, got the lumber and board, just need time to knock it together and sort the electrics for pumps and lights.

The trough you see in the pic is the one the flower plants are going into when the veg space is built.

100 7802

I think these will scrog straight away. lol

100 7800

Canopy is looking fine, good colour, had to splash a bit of calmag at them two days ago, not that you can tell now. And that's it for now, was hoping to un-veil the new veg space this time, but it looks like it's going to have to wait another week. Keep tolking folks, and enjoy what's left of the weekend.:smoking:

Good evening tokers and growers, finally got round to sorting my plants out. :) Or at least the scrog is done. Just the cuttings to take and the project is back on course. Got most of the veg space done, but it needs tweeking.
Just got to wait until these ladie pop their heads up, and we're good to go. :)
100 7822

Decided to flower six plants, 2 Juan Herer's(middle 2), 1 Bubblelicious(bottom left), 1 Gorilla Glue variant(top right), 1 Aurora Indica(bottom right), and 1 Purple Bud(top left).

100 7840

Put the lid back on your nuit bottle as soon as you have finished with it. lol

100 7835

Got a bit of jungle to hack through when I get a spare hour.

100 7831

As well as you think you washed your hydroton, there's aways some you missed.

100 7845

Environment is good.

100 7838

And just add sunshine. And that's another update, updated. Keep tolking folks.:smoking:

Got the cuttings done for the Afgani, took 8, I only need 6, so it won't matter if I lose 2. :) All cuttings planted in rock wool and Hydrotund, as they're destined for flood and drain as an all same pheno grow, due to it being a finicky plant to grow with others.
100 7847

And since these watering tables did so well first time round, I'm going to set the cutts out on them.

100 7846

The table is not crammed with these 8, you could maybe fit 20 three inch pots on it. Ran out of inch rockwool cubes, so waiting for some in the post as we speak, then I want a cut from the Gorilla variant as it's the only cultivar I have of it, I've not smoked it before, so if it's any good and lives up to it's hype, then it may be worth keeping, we'll see. Keep tolking folks. :smoking:

Morning tokers and growers, hope your all well. It's been a slow couple of days on the growing front, waiting for some rock wool starters to arrive through the post so I can take cuttings of 4 of the plants that I want to keep, and as soon as I get the cuttings I'm going to flower the 6 in the trough. The plants have taken on a bit of yellowing, this is down to transplanting as it takes a couple of days to adjust to having the roots knocked about, they're now starting to green up again. :) The Bubblelicious is hit the hardest, this is maybe down to the fact that there's more Sativa in it's mix than the others which are a lttle more Indica dedicated. Other than that, it's all going well.

The trough 6.
100 7849

You can see the Bubblelicious at the bottom/middle of the pic, it's planted in the bottom left corner, and stretches out to the middle and bottom of the scrog. It still has time to pull round, but at the moment I think it's a little soft to be in with these big feeders, but we'll see.

And that rounds up another update. :smoking::cool:

Evening all, small update, cubes delivered, cuttings taken, cuttings housed.
100 7855

Top tray is the 8 Afgani's for my next run and 2 Bubblelicious, bottom tray is 2 Gorilla's, 2 Aurora Indica's, 2 Purple Buds, and 2 Juan Herer's. Just the water pumps to wire up and that's the self watering sorted. :) Keep tolking folks! :smoking:

Yes, a good group of ladies, 8 bottles of the apple wine when it was bottled up. :)

It's all going well, the canopy is forming, you can make out the different types by their leaf and stem shape and colour. The Bubblelicious is still a bit off on this feed rate, suits the indica's which need a good feed, but the Bubble has some Sativa in it, so I assume this is it's stumbling block, and thus it is over fed and slower growing than the indica's. But I'm sure it will produce something, and maybe catch up in the end, it's green enough. The 2x Juan Herer's, 1x Aurora Indica, Purple Bud, and Gorilla are laping up the sun. :)
100 7868

The veg space is rolling along just fine.
100 7882

Roots on the Afgani cuttings. :)
100 7877

100 7879

So here starts the next ensemble of plants for the next run. Keep tolkin folks. :smoking:

Think it may be time to up pot these Afgani's before they climb out of the pot and find their own home. :)
100 7891

100 7892

100 7893

You can see how hard my water is by the lime scale on my pots, but the plants don's seem to worried, so I'm not. :D
Will get these potted up when I get a couple of hours spare, will be moving them into the pots I liberated from a buddies garden pond build. lol Pots seem to be working well with the plants already in flower, so we'll carry on these.

Hi all. Just a quick update on the flower space, all's well, and the plants are going for it, the Bubblelicious is picking it's feet up and joining the party with the other plants, but it still has some issues with the feed rate.
100 7897

The Aurora Indica has a good structure to her.
100 7900

100 7899

Top corner - Purple Bud. Bottom left corner - Bubblelicious. Middle two are Juan Herer's. Top right - Gorilla. Bottom right - Aurora Indica. All in full flower and rockin and rollin, And there ends another update. :)

The Afgani 6 are coming along fine, takes a bit of time to settle them into the hydroton, and for the hydroton to settle to the chosen PH and PPM's and balance out, this seems to have been achieved, as the plants are really starting to green up now, and I like that. :) I don't know how big these plants will grow, as it's a finicky thing to grow, seems to burn with in 20ppm's of an overdose. I ran it at 450ppm last time round, and made a bid for my designated 500ppm, and it burnt at 480ppm, so it may be a challenge to grow with the amount of spare time I have, but it's next up after the current mixed grow that's in flower at the minute, eight weeks with a bit of a flush, then I'm going to stick these Afgani 6 under the 400MH for a week to settle down, then bang them into flower, then see what happens.

The Afgani 6.
100 7906

Good colour coming through, this is a good sign that the cuttings are settling down.
100 7909

Roots are reaching out to fill the pot, this I also like. :)
100 7910

So the outlook for a quarter of old black is looking up. :) Keep tokin folks. :smoking:

Yo growers and tokers, all's well in the garden and the minute. The Afgani 6 cuttings are pushing out some roots, you can see them coming out the bottom of the pot. :)
100 7930

The Aurora Indica has some toilet brush buds on it, week 2 of flower. The plant under the fan is the Gorilla also in week 2 of flower.
100 7933

Sunset over the flowers.
100 7931

Six more weeks of flower and we'll see what we end up with. :)

Was just doing a bit in the garden, and got looking at the Purple Bud, it grows different every time I grow it. lol But I'm happy with it's progress, plenty of muff on it, so should produce some nice buds.
100 7940

And the Bubblelicious is doing ok, this is quite finicky weed to grow, anyone else found this? It's a nice general type smoke, so worth the effort, and tastes like bubble gum.
100 7941

The Gorilla Glue variant has some nice buds forming, it's the tallest plant in the sextet, followed by the Aurora Indica.
100 7939

Some thing about this strain I like, thrown it out of the grow a few times, but it keeps coming back, Aurora Indica. :smoking:
100 7938

Pics is a bit sunny. Bit like the toker that took the pic. lol And there ends the six tree jungle tour.
