Not trying to be a bother but I've read and i think you told me to not to water 2 hours before lights out and that's what I'm at... but due to the situation should change now its no problem to do so I just want to be crystal clear
That's in soil you want to water at lights on. I would change it out and up the ppm to 300 and go from there they may even need a little more after as they are starting to take off. Growth should pick up like a rocket now.

It's supposed to be critical mass or critical kush.... and I read they're supposed to get to 90cm or approx 3 ft
Increase the diff to 10f will help it stretch out a bit if you can... It's not a big deal if not.

If I raised the light a 4 inches would that create a stretch or just lose lighting which yesterday I was 24" from my lights probably worse today....
No keep the light intensity up. If you can keep the day temps 10f warmer than the night temps so say 68f night and 78f day. Its not going to make a huge difference but will help em stretch a bit... It's not at all worth reducing light intensity.

It's not a must but may help ya. But watch the humidity spike after lights out if it's getting to high and you can control it them it's not worth increasing you day,/night diff. Check it about 30min after lights out

Low or high?

What I was referring to is that as temps drop humidity will go up. Under 60% at night is what you want as long as you have decent air circulation you will be fine with that. If it's going over that then increase the night temps and that will lower the humidity
