Look, i don't have a bad back
So how tall are these ladies going into flower?

She is 18” over the 3 gallon pot. My max in flower room is 30”. The sativa leaning hybrids like this one will reach max height in 10 days and then i bend them down.

Indicas need more veg time to match them. And the cmh will limit height more than just hps alone.

I guess the new led’s would keep things even more compact. But i rely on the stretch for big buds.

Looking really good. I'd love to have a space like that to grow.
Doesn't alternating High THC Indica Hybrids and CBD help with the pain. Finding right doses helped me. I know that the back can be a bitch. If you need any anti inflammatories I'll send them your way bud. Hope you feel better
soon

I tried adding pure cbd drops twice a day for 3 months and I thought it had some effect but when I stopped nothing changed for the worse. My flowers and edibles are as good without more cbd.

That said i have been considering growing a 1 to 1 ratio plant but with seeds i would need to accept the expenses of multiple lab tests.

And thanks for offer but im good on meds. I only take ibuprophin as needed. Dont like stronger pills and havent had much effect from tumeric or other natural remedies so far.

I actually use the CBD flower at 1mg in the dynavap 3 times a day. I only use Medical marijuana in edibles, joints or vapes. I always have extra Ibuprofen and Naproxen from all the samples that the Doc's send me.
It's just that you have literally held my hand and been teaching me how to fish this whole time. I hate to know you're suffering because I live chronic pain my bud..

You are in much greater pain than me my friend. I appreciate you wanting to help. I am going to power through and strengthen my back. Thank you for your compliments and well wishes. This community has been a great source of support for a lonely grower.

Definitely I tried others but this is the best sight for OGs and those of us wet behind the ears like me. Although my BS helped thank God in getting the light. A couple other buds and especially you have been nice enough to put up with me😉

Honestly best thing is strengthening the back. If I wasn't bedridden by my first surgery I would never have had it. Now my back is slowly becoming similar to what a cooked shrimp looks like. 🍤That is what isn't filled in with titanium.

When you transplant to a larger pot do you water to runoff immediately? I realize I don’t water a lot of stuff to runoff initially, I think because I’m worried it will take to long to dry out without the root structure there to absorb it. But I am seeing lots of sensitivity after transplant right now. I just realized this could be it? I don’t usually do it with seeds either, I’m going to start watering to runoff then planting my seed afterwards. Don’t you do something similar to prepare the soil?

Me? Yeah i water the ocean forest/perlite to like 100% runoff to clear the 18oz plastic cup of some nutes then plant the taprooted seed. Takes up to 7 days to need water again.

And when transplanting after a couple weeks into a 1 gallon i water to about 30% runoff and wait up to 10 days to water again. The second watering is usually half that and the third before transplanting to 3 gallon final pot 3-4 days. Then it takes a week again. By peak flower it is down to 2-3 days plant depending.

Watering to at least a little runoff helps us know the full pot is saturated.

Oh and these times are at an average of 74 degrees and 50% humidity under flourescent light.

I need to ask then do ever use the mycros like Root magic etc..
Also right now that the girls are in flower they are taking almost 1/2 gallon in each 3gal. pot every 3 days. Should I let them go back to drying out more before watering?
Thank you Sensei Bud.

I recomend watering to a little runoff to be sure the soil is saturated and then only water when very light.

But of you aren't using nutes yet and it is working what you are doing is fine. As long as you dont have dry spots or very uneven drying. Dry time is different for every room and even every seed sometimes.

Thank you brother. I was going to start using the Botanicare Pro Bloom especially on the Chemdog Hybrid since they are .regular seed not an autos because we're coming up on week 6. I remember you said that the FFOF 25% perlite would feed them for up to 3months.
Thank you again for holding my hand.

I said 6 weeks max. 2 or 3 weeks if transplanting up from little pots.

And dont feed intil you see some lower yellowing or general lightening of leaves.

And i dont recoment pbp bloom soil. Too heavy on pk and low on nitrogen. I use the grow formula only to the end.

If using bloom. Need to stay with grow through stretch at least or early yellowing will result in flower.
