He is basically just boiling down human experience by pointing out every place we see a hard edge (between ourselves and the world, forces between the world, etc), that's inherently not the way the world is in reality. In reality, everything is on a continuum, especially us vs the world....and it's just gradients between, not hard edges. and shrooms really help you perceive this (ego death blah blah blah).

Whether you believe that or not (or somewhere in between) is up to you of course.

I find a lot of the early confrontation between the western world and indian thought very interesting.

i still see patterns in everything like when we did liquid lsd. The pyramids were pretty amazing too.

point is i can still “see” the effect.

If you have any interest, this book is great.

Hell yeah man, for me it's trees. I like, kinda see them grow to the way they are? Idk....appreciating the process of growth just brought me to ecstatic tears during my best shrooms trip and never left completely.

do you get the pastel illustrated effect when you smoke weed and look at the trees?

The one best thing about moving to west michigan from the mountains of colorado was the forest. Huge old growth trees along the river are amazing. And house huge Blue Heron with 4-6’ wingspan.

Pastel....maybe? But like that. Hence you saw all the pics this week in my thread.

But yes the woods of michigan sound amazing. After my father in law died i took a drive from Minneapolis, where he lived, to the area around Houghton and then down and back across wisconsin and to Minneapolis. Just to be on the highway alone with some trees.

It was exactly what I wanted. The yoop just feels like the edge of the world some places, ya know?

It was shockingly green here after the tan of colorado.

Plus im near the sand dunes at the lakeshore. We have very interesting varied terrain here.

we quit in august. I forgot i was going to put it in my thread. I traded tobacco for my coke smoking habit and had a harder time quitting cigarettes. Been chain smoking 20 years. No more!
Great job!!! It’s fucking hard!!! As a respiratory therapist, I treated far too many people dying from the effects of cigarettes.

Then I’m in the right place. I keep trying to tell myself that this will eventually be more financially better for me. I’m just not there right now 😂

well i wish you the very best in your endeavor.

i dealt in weed my whole life so the business part i can start anywhere but i never even watered a houseplant when i decided to get my med card for 12 plants. I spent a lot of noob money at the hydro store and set up a tent with top of the line everything for like $2k and 4 months later made a profit. Started the perpetual and have only ever invested money from the garden for the garden since.
