Dude I'd be shitting myself, dont have the balls for that yet. Still trying to figure out how to feed them🤣
It's honestly amazing how much these plants can take when they are healthy.
^^^

the abuse these plants will take, especially when healthy, is unreal. this was the most significant trimming/defoliation i've done in nearly two decades of growing so it's my nerves that are shot, not theirs lol

Ahh I'm sure they will bounce back just fine. Maybe I'll do a little experiment on mine, got me kinda wanting to try going heavy on one and light on the other... idk I'll sleep on it lol

ugh don't wish that on me lol i've been having problems keeping up with them for weeks now. calmag issues an all. they're relentless.
on that note, the cal def is prevalent. thinking the two part i use isn't heavy enough for this configuration. which is funny, given they market themselves as being "calmag safe" for coco.

on another note, I'm on the market for another EC meter. my shit is sus. Telling me today that final ppm's are sitting at less than 700. and it bounces hard. even after the temp settles.

what you all advise. i need something that doesn't swing 300 plus every ten seconds.

I use the blue labs one, it's almost an instant reading and it comes pre-calibrated. It's my first tds meter so not much to guage my opinion against.

Do you have storage and or cleaning solution for your ph pen? Ive read that letting them dry out can cause funky readings. Although my groline dried out and sat in a bin for 2 years or so, it's slow but it still works.

The pH pen is fine, it's the EC meter that's untrustworthy. I know most of them bounce around, just the nature of how they work. But the one I have swings rather excessively imo.

ph probe should be stored in storage solution or at least with a ph solution of 4. I know some probs are replaceable.
if you aren't running rdwc, for TDS meter i would get the bluelab. higher cost but better quality.

Check the battery? Often they go all funky when the batteries get low since it measure electrical conductivity

Go to Amazon and order kcl (potassium chloride) mix 10 grams into 100ml of DISTILLED water or enough to just saturate the solution so it doesn't hole anymore salt. There is your storage solution. A 1lb bag is like $10 and it will last you a lifetime.

Quoted from mr aqua man.
I have both blue labs tds and ph pens, quality is solid, waterproof, backlit and quick to give readings. I dont think I'll ever use anything else.

i think when my current ph/tds fails i will go with bluelab, but i gotta admit the 20$ amazon ph has been working for the last two years.

I think it's just a shitty meter. Checked the battery with a multimeter and it's still producing the voltage it did from factory so it's definitely a quality issue with the meter itself.

First things first, I rent. I plan on buying this place in the next six months, but that'll include an inspection. SO, now that that's outta the way...

I'm sick of fighting humidity regulation. I need to get the tent exhaust out of the room the tent is in. What are some incognito ways of doing so? I'm great with drywall, so a hole in the wall is not my concern (I'll patch a big hole with the best of em). I'd just like to avoid trying to match texture if I can, come inspection time.

I plan on getting a dehumidifier once the stimulus check hits my account, and that might be best so I don't get hit with keeping heat high enough issues. Plus, I'm concerned about visible water vapor if I exhaust out of one of the roof vents. The PNW humidity makes my vape clouds linger, I don't even want to imagine what 82F/80% RH would look like hitting 40F/100%RH external air would look like. Gotta say, a house blowing clouds out of a single vent would be pretty comical.

Should I just cut a vent to another room? I'm not concerned about smell. Everyone around me smokes, so they won't know if it's them or me. I just can't keep up with this shit. It's creating problems, ya know.

Honestly vent outside or dehuey. Maybe under a deck or something if you have?

i thought about that, but I'm concerned about mold. This is one of those evacuate 100% or hope the $300+ dehumidifier i buy is able to keep up. the humidity is wreaking havoc on the servers and other computer equipment the tent shares a room with, so it's time to do something.
