Yeah, this is a perfect example of when to abort mission. That plant isn't worth the space that it's taking up, and with no end in sight there's no telling how long it could need to flower to even potentially make it worth it. Better to literally cut your losses.

These last two af’s were gifted seeds. The other doesn’t want to flower. I hope the friend who gave them to me has better luck with them.

Do you soak them first? How many days (typically) do you wait to see that much growth?


For me, the method alleviates some anxiety of “well did it even crack open? did I just drowned it until it rotted?” when it doesn’t sprout. Though admittedly, the anxiety is mostly not based in fact lol. It hasn’t happened to me very often.

Yes, soak until they sink. Usually 24-48 hrs. Then paper towels until tap root comes out another day or two. Then they hit the soil. It's usually at least a week to 10 days before they're popping up in the light for me

These were no soak but the paper towels are just less than dripping and in a plastic bag.

Well, I have my first Napa grape tomato growing. The low ph of my feed kind of fucked everything and now I’m waiting for it all to recover. Even the poor little clone this morning was praying with its striated leaves. No beans have sprouted through yet but I know it’s coming. The purple punch looks healthy and is starting to get some frost. The blue dream “af” still isn’t flowering.

The purple punch smells like punch. And it’s starting to get some frost. The blue dream af? It’s not an af as far as I can tell. It’s finally got pistils and is now stretching. I took clones from her as well. They WILL eventually root. No idea where I’m growing all this weed.

Soak for 8-12hrs. Then pop into whatever.
Always 80-100% germ.
Once again. Different strokes.

When ever I trade autos I plan on 30-50% not flowering correctly - flip the non autos and are usually more potent than the auto? Just a thought

I’m hoping. Blue dream has always been a strain I’ve liked. And, clones taken.

No LED's and AC infinity fans in nature too but fuck it ...when I plant a 1/4" tap root I don't have to sit around and wonder if its gonna grow.

If it doesn't I fucked up.

It is possible to water log seeds and turn them into mush. Ask any rainy, cold spring.

It's all about the balance. Keep your scales tipped too far in one direction and its really hard to get it back the other way. This is the Ying and yang if the universe.
