Starting a new grow in the new DWC system

So since the U.S. govt wants to continue sending out checks i think i may upgrade the tent with a sf4000, and i have a friend who would love to have my old sf1000's. I think this will benefit me greatly but with an sf4000 would i have to dim it?

Just got the new sf4000, 62,000 lux at 18 inches. As you can see in the pics i split betty and boop in half as i said, purely on accident. Theyre doing well though. Im thinking it may have set these plants back atleast a week if not 2 weeks. Should i hang my 2 sf1000's back in the twnt or would that be too much light? I was gonna loan them out to a friend but he has nowhere to use them. I could use them in a seedling/cloning room also. Gotta watch the heat on this new light, i noticed within minutes the huge heat difference.

Well harvest is only a few days off. Currently flushing. Should be really good. Harvested the smaller plant, its almost dry. Didnt get pics of it. Work doesnt give me alot of time right now. Jack herer auto grown with advanced nutireients. Most of its life was under 2 sf1000's and the last 2 weeks or so under an sf4000.

Yeah still some white pistils, give it another week. Looks really good though

Lol, leave it to you to set me straight. These were supposedly 9 week autos, we're in week 12, sunday would be the beginning of week 13. Didnt know you dont flush hydro. Im usimg trichome color as my basis for harvest.

Well if you hit the trichs your looking for than thumbs up, but yeah no flushing on hydro. Just lower ppm during the last feeding time frame so before crop it’s like close too 0 ppm, kind of like the “” last meal in prison terms.
